393,813. Photographic roll - films. FROMMER, R. F., 158, Soroksari-Ut, Budapest. Sept. 16, 1932, No. 25835. Convention date, Sept. 28, 1931. [Class 98 (i).] A roll-film having separately detachable film sections, and a light-protecting ribbon on which one end of the film-strip is fastened and in which between the film-sections connecting strips are disposed, which are not connected to the light-protecting ribbon, but are adapted after detachment of part of the roll-film, to fasten the remaining part to the light-protecting ribbon, is characterized in that the lightprotecting ribbon is provided with marks on the side which is turned towards the film corresponding to the marks applied on the outside of the film-ribbon in order to ensure the fastening of the remaining part of the film strip in full accordance with the last-named marks. As shown, between each two sections 3 of the film 1 is provided a space 4 marked by lines 5 on the light-protecting ribbon 2. Two spaces 4 separated by a line on the ribbon may be provided between each two sections 3, or the line 5 may be dotted. The spaces on the protecting ribbon corresponding to spaces 4 may be provided with an adhesive, and the spaces 4 on the film may also be provided with adhesive.
