Abstract
In a process for making dough a mixture of water and cotton-seed oil at a temperature of approximately 120 DEG F. is added to a mixture having as its main ingredients, wheat flour, malt flour, and milk powder and to which salt and sugar may be added, and the mass agitated prior to the addition of the yeast. The yeast may be added in the form of a mixture with water at a temperature of about 100 DEG F.
