Abstract

365,914. Vehicle lamps. SCHUSTER, E., 9, Theresienstrasse, Munich, Germany. April 30, 1931, No. 12783. Convention date, May 5, 1930. [Classes 75 (iii) and 75 (iv).] A lamp of the type which is fixed to the side of a road vehicle and has a downwardly directed reflector 1 to illuminate the side of the vehicle and the adjacent part of the roadway, has a reflector or reflector system 3, 4 below the lamp to deflect part of the rays in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The outer edges of the reflectors 3, 4 are rounded off. The lamp is mounted on a rod 7 on the vehicle body by means of a tube 6 and set-screw 5.
