Abstract

363,543. Egg whisks &c. ROBINSON, J., 56, Addison Gardens, Kensington, and THOMPSON, J. H., 14, Rostrevor Mansions, Fulham, both in London. Feb. 6, 1931, No. 3819. [Class 86.] A device for intimately mixing, churning, or agitating liquid substances, such as an egg whisk, comprises a cylindrical vessel of metal, glass, or other suitable material, formed in two main parts, a body 1 of tubular formation and a removable flat cap 2 adapted to fit closely within or around the end of the vessel, and a plunger formed by a perforated plate 5 secured on the end of a solid rod 6. According to a modification, the lower end of the body 1 may be screw threaded to receive a cap. When in use, and it is desired to remove the plunger and the converted product, the plate 5 being at the bottom of the vessel, the cap is removed from the bottom of the vessel.
