Abstract
358,058. Watches. SOC. ANON. DE LA FABRIQUE D'HORLOGERIE LE COULTRE ET CIE, Sentier, Vaud, Switzerland. July 2, 1930, No. 20134. Convention date, Sept. 6, 1929. [Class 139.] Stop - mechanism; dials. - A stop watch comprises three sets of time-indicating elements which may be driven from a common movement; the first set comprises minute and hour hands 2. 3 permanently driven from the movement; the second set consists of centre-seconds hand 5 and minute hand 6 which are connected to the common movement, disconnected therefrom and zeroized under the control of knob 7 ; the third set has minute and hour hands 8, 9 similarly controlled by button 7<1> but entirely independent of the second set. As hands 8, 9 move slowly, their rest or movement is indicated by a disc, half coloured and half white, showing at an aperture 10.
