346,589. Trailer rest bars. SWINNERTON, G. F., Ham Lane, Pedmore, SWINNERTON, J. H., Park Lane, and BEDDOES, S., Worcester Street, all in Stourbridge. May 1, 1930, No. 13504. [Class 108 (ii).] A two-wheeled trailer caravan or like vehicle when uncoupled may be supported by adjustable hinged arms formed at their free end with a foot on the lower end of a sleeve e which receives the free end of the hinged arm b, the arm being threaded through a nut d which is free to rotate without endwise movement on the end of the sleeve e, to enable the effective length of the support to be adjusted. A flange d<1> or wings on the nut d enables the foot to be pressed into contact with the ground and the wheel to be relieved of some of the weight of the trailer. The arm b is pivoted at o to a bracket having a step-end n<1> which allows it to swing only slightly beyond the vertical position.
