Multiple-way plug cocks. -A four-way interchange plug cock comprises a plug having two straight-through passages E, F, an inclined cross passage G, and a fourth passage H formed round the other plug passages. The casing has four passages A - . D in one plane, and these can be connected straight through, or crosswise, in positions of the plug 90‹ apart. Such a valve may be used, for example, for interchanging the suction and delivery mains of an air compressor or vacuum pump.
