Abstract

311,068. Dennis Bros., Ltd., and Charles, C. R. April 14, 1928. Motors, mounting.-A bracket 10 is bolted to the crankcase and the ends are free to move between helical springs mounted on bolts 16 secured to brackets 14 which are bolted to the frame. A single central bearing at the front is similarly mounted on lateral bolts carried by a cross-member. Torsional vibrations are received by springs mounted on a bracket on the dashboard, Fig. 3, by means of a rod 22 pivoted to a bracket 23 bolted to the engine.
