Luggage and like holders. - The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes a motor vehicle fitted with a drawer for tools &c. which is supported on rollers 100, 102, Fig. 12, (Cancelled) at its sides located in channel section frame members 101. The large rollers 100 pivoted to the drawer at its inner end run in the side channels and the small rollers 102 pivoted on the channels a.t their outer ends engage horizontal plates on the sides of the drawer. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 294,333, [Class 108 (ii), Road vehicles, Undercarriage details &c. for].
