The symbols B and the superposed designs D, E, F may be on bands A, C mounted on rollers, or the symbols may be formed by a monogrammic sign, and the design band passed between two sheets of glass. The device may be illuminated from behind, or the symbols may be optically projected. Specification 222,583 is referred to.
