The feed mechanism consists in a rod 91 oscillated bv a cam 87 and carried on the swinging frame 61. The rod 91 is connected, with axial movement, to the shaft 75 by a carrier 96. A feed dog 100 is resiliently connected to the rod 91. A movable support 101 slid on the table 1 by linkage from the eccentric 73 assists the feed.
