Dishes.-A pie-crust support comprises two members, one a domed cover C with a narrow flat rim D which fits on the rim F of the dish, and the other a loose rim A with downwardly-projecting flange B which fits over both rims D, F and clamps the cover to the dish. During cooking the crust adheres to the upper side of the rim A and can be removed therewith as a unit, thus allowing the cover C to be removed before carv. ing.
