Abstract

Rotary mixers.-A rotary mixer comprises a drum of square or octagonal cross-section provided with a shovel-shaped lid 2 having lateral edges 3 fitting the end faces of the drum, the opposite sides of which are fitted with pairs of vanes. The vanes 6<1> are inclined to leave a V- shaped space between them, while the vanes 5', similarly inclined, leave an open space between them.
