Wireless tuning-apparatus, adjustment devices for.-A variable reduction gear, which may be incorporated in electrical instruments such as condensers, for use in wireless apparatus, comprises two slotted levers A, B mounted one above the other, a pin E adjustably secured in the slot in one lever and engaging the slot in the other, the lever A being mounted on a fixed pivot G and having a bevelled or toothed radius edge Q engaging a rotatable operating cone or wheel C, and the lever B being fixed to or frictionally mounted on the shaft P to be rotated. The cone C is carried by a spindle fitted with an operating knob D. The shaft P carries the dial O.
