Abstract

276,412. Behin, R. May 18, 1926. Cabinets and shelves wherein standardized parts are dismountably connected are constructed of metallic sheets with flanged edges and provided with bolt holes which are oval in shape in order that inaccuracies of machining may be overcome when the parts are assembled, The end sheets and vertical division plates have tubular front edges 13 and superposed sections can be connected by an inner lining fitting 28 within the front edge of each section. A bottom 4 of inverted-box formation is provided to which the sides and back are connected by the interfitting of folded-over lower edges 4<e>, 3f, and the edges of the shelf and top members 6 are also connected to the back wall by interfitting bent edges.
