Abstract
274,189. Wyld, W. M. S. April 15, 1926. Supporting pipes. -A pipe for spraying liquids, e.g. a water pipe with a number of nozzles for spraying tennis courts, sports grounds &c. is supported so that it can be rocked or rotated by means of a forked member 1 formed from sheet metal and provided with rollers 3, 3<1>, and adjustably mounted by a spring grip 5, 5' on a projecting arm 4 of a bracket 8 secured to a fixture or embedded in the ground. The axles 2, 2<1> of the rollers may serve as rivet pins for securing the arms of the forked member together and the arm 4 may be flat, half round, triangular or T-section.
