Abstract

Drying-frames.-Forms or moulds 1 for drying stockings and socks are supplied with low pressure steam from a supply pipe 4 having conduits 3, the steam entering and leaving the forms by the same conduits. Air and condensate are removed from the forms by tubes 6 leading to conduits 7 in an outlet pipe. 8 provided at one end with a narrow tubular vent 10 containing a column of water to allow air to escape, the condensate escaping through the end 11.
