Partitioned cartons.-In a cigarette, &c. carton in which the contents are held in rows or layers, the spaces in which the rows or layers are carried are partitioned off into compartments by a single piece 1 of paper, card, &c. folded intermediately to form the partitions 3, 4 and at its ends to form end walls 6, 7. The folds of material forming the partitions may be secured together by pressure crimping tools or by an adhesive.
