Description
SPECIAL SPEED CLIP FOR SOLAR PANEL BIRD SPIKE
TECHNICAL FIELD
100011 The present disclosure relates to the technical field of clips for a bird spike, in particular to a special speed clip for a solar panel bird spike.
BACKGROUND
[0002] As clean and renewable energy, solar energy has been widely used in the field of power generation. When solar energy works, a solar panel needs to be used to absorb and convert light energy. In some areas, the solar panel is installed on the roof of a residential house to realize the supply of electric energy. When the solar panel is installed, firstly, it is necessary to install a fixed support on the roof, and then the solar panel is installed on the fixed support. Because of the existence of the fixed support, a certain gap is formed between the solar panel and the roof, so that many birds are nested in the gap. Long-term activities of birds can produce a lot of fecal waste, thus easily corroding the solar panel and a profile frame on the periphery of the solar panel. Therefore, in order to avoid the above problems caused by bird life, a bird spike is often installed on the edge of the profile frame of the solar panel, and the gap is blocked through the bird spike, so that the destruction of bird activities is avoided. At present, a bird spike in the market includes a strip-shaped base plate. A plurality of inserting bosses are arranged on the installed base plate. U-shaped anti-bird spike rods are inserted on the inserting bosses. When the bird spike is installed, the base plate needs to be fixed on the periphery of the profile frame, and the base plate is generally fixed by bonding or screws, but these installation methods have great disadvantages in a fixing manner by bonding. When it is necessary to disassemble the bird spike, the base plate is easily damaged when disassembled because glue is used to bond the base plate firmly, so that the base plate is abandoned, and then the whole bird spike is unusable. When screws are used for fixing, the screws rust over time, so that the disassembly work is very laborious. It is necessary to drill holes on the profile frame when the screws are used, so that damage to the profile frame is caused, and great inconvenience is brought to the use of the bird spike.
SUMMARY
[0003] The present disclosure aims to avoid the deficiencies in the prior art, and provides a special speed clip for a solar panel bird spike, so that the deficiencies existing in the prior art are effectively solved.
[0004] To achieve the purposes, through a technical scheme adopted in the present disclosure, a special speed clip for a solar panel bird spike includes a vertical rod. Upper and lower ends of the vertical rod are provided with cross rods. The vertical rod and the cross rods are matched to form a clamping buckle body with a U-shaped cross section. The upper and lower cross rods are clamped at upper and lower ends of a solar panel profile frame. The vertical rod is closely attached to a base plate of the bird spike.
[0005] Further, protruding pressure feet are arranged on the side where the vertical rod is attached to the base plate of the bird spike.
[0006] Further, the pressure feet are transversely arranged in the middle of the vertical rod. [0007] Further, two pressure feet are arranged along the vertical direction of the vertical rod. [0008] Further, an end of the upper cross rod is of an arc structure which bends downward, and the end of the upper cross rod form a random hook through the arc structure.
[0009] Further, anti-detaching saw teeth are uniformly arranged at the end, attached to the solar panel profile frame, of the lower cross rod.
[0010] Further, the anti-detaching saw teeth are uniformly arranged on the cross rod along the transverse direction.
[0011] Further, a reinforcing rib is arranged on the outer side of the clamping buckle body, and the reinforcing rib is arranged on the side, away from the solar panel profile frame, of the vertical rod and the cross rod.
[0012] Further, the reinforcing rib is of a strip structure, and is adapted to the shape of the clamping buckle body.
[0013] Further, the clamping buckle body is made of plastic.
[0014] The technical scheme in the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects. A clamping buckle adapted to the shape of the profile frame is designed. After the base plate of the bird spike is attached to the outside of the profile frame, the clamping buckle is used to clamp the base plate on the profile frame, and a clamping groove on the clamping buckle fixedly clamps the base plate on the profile frame, so that damage to the bird spike and the profile frame caused by screw fixation or adhesive fixation is avoided. During installation, the bird spike can be fixedly installed through direct clamping without the help of tools. When the clamping buckle is disassembled, the base plate of the bird spike and the profile frame cannot be damaged, so that the bird spike can be reused, the service life is prolonged, the clamping buckle can be recycled, and the installation cost is greatly reduced.
