Abstract

It refers to a stub crusher (10) of the kind used for stub and stump clearing of different kinds of trees in order to allow the grinding and, consequently, transform the kind of crops in the area for planting maize and soya; the referred equipment (10) is composed by a chassis (11) where a hub is assembled across (21) the rotor (20) and the referred chassis (11) has a connecting end (11A) for assembling on a towing vehicle (TV); the referred chassis (11) receives on both side walls (11b) planks (12) composed by a curved base (12a) which slips away on the soil (S1) from which to orthogonal wall (12b) is developed that contains.central cuttings (12c) apart from having bracing walls (12d); each plank (12) is hinged to the respective side wall n(11b) on point (p1) and fixed through the level regulator tool (LR), which is then comprised by a set of openings (13) on the orthogonal walls (12b) of each plank (12) which when aligned with the openings (11c) on the side walls (11b) of the chassis (11) receive screws (14) and comprise the planks (12) height adjustment (t) in relation to the soil (S1) and, thus, the scale of crushers ' nozzles (22) of the rotor (20): the referred nozzles (22) are exchangeable and fixed to berths (23a) developed In projections (23) that are developed on the cylindrical base of the rotor (20) and fixed through screws (14a).

Claims (8)

1. IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVEL", more precisely, it is a stub crusher (10) typically used for the removal and grinding of stubs and stumps of various types of trees such as eucalyptus, acacia, pine, orange, coffee, among others, in order to allow crushing and, consequently, the conversion of area crop to corn or soy planting; the referred equipment(10) is composed by a chassis (11) where a hub is assembled across (21 ) the rotor (20) and the referred chassis (11) has a connecting end (11 A) for assembling on a towing vehicle (TV); characterized by chassis (11) receives on both side walls (1 1b) planks (12) composed by a curved base (12a) which slips away on the soil (SI) from which an orthogonal wall (12b) is developed that contains central cuttings (12c) apart from having bracing walls (12d); each plank (12) is hinged to the respective side wall n(11 b) on point (p1) and fixed through the level regulator tool (LR), which is then comprised by a set of openings (13) on the orthogonal walls (12b) of each plank (12) which when aligned with the openings (11c) on the side walls (11b) of the chassis (1 1) receive screws (14) and comprise the planks (12) height adjustment (t) in relation to the soil (S1) and, thus, the scale of crashersâ nozzles (22) of the rotor (20); the referred nozzles (22) are exchangeable and fixed to berths (23a) developed in projections (23) that are developed on the cylindrical base of the rotor (20) and fixed through screws (14a).

IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVELâ , according to claim 1, characterized by a set of openings (13) to be comprised by, at least, three equidistant openings (13a), which are aligned with each other according to the transversal axis (E1), while the referred sets (13) are aligned with each other, according to the oblique axis (E2) and separated by identical intervals (L1), therefore, a set of openings (13') is placed near the extreme upper edge of the wall (12b), while the other set (13â ) is placed near the extreme lower edge of the wall ( 12b) and the intermediate set of openings (13'") is placed according to the intervals (L1).
3. IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVEL'*, according to the previous claims, characterized bv superficial level (n1) of soil (S1) excavation which is comprised by the set alignment (13â ) next to the openings (1 1c) and the minimal rotor exposure (20).
4. IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVELâ , according to the previous claims. the alignment of the intermediate set (13â â ) next to die openings (11c) and partial rotor exposition(20).
5. IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVEL", according to the previous claims, characterized by maximum level o (n3)of soil excavation (S1) to be comprised by the intermediate set alignment (13â ) next to the openings (1 1 c) and rotor integral exposition (20).

IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVELâ , according to claim!, characterized by changeable nozzles (22) of the rotor (20) has a parallelepiped shape and whose upper (22a) and lower (22b) faces provide provides a decline (22') placed on opposite sides that comprise sharp endings (22c) for grinding.
7. IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVELâ , according to the previous claim, characterized by nozzles interchangeability (22) which is adjusted by a sharp ending exposition (22c) for grinding and simultaneously reserves the opposite ending (22c') for subsequent use.

IMPROVEMENTS IN STUB/STUMP CRUSHER WITH A REGULATOR OF ESCATION LEVELâ , according to claim 1, characterized by power transmission system (ST) which is comprised by a transmission box (30) assembled on chassis' berth (11) which is activated by taking on the axis' power (E30) of the tractor (VT) whereby the ending axes (31) of the transmission box (30) rotate a set of rollers (40) which are also assembled on the side wails (1 1b) oftlie chassis (11) and protected by covets (1 1d)
