Abstract

An intelligent lock cylinder which comprises a lock body with an outer handle, outer lock shell and inner lock shell. The outer lock shell and inner lock shell are set with a lock cylinder dial wheel 140 between. A lock rod 152 is attached to the end of cylinder lock and has an extension block 161 which engages with a top block 162 having a lifting pin 164. When the key is rotated the extension block raises the lifting pin such that it engages through holes 166 in inner 154 and outer rotary shell 153 such that further rotation of the key or a handle causes the lock cylinder dial wheel to rotate which throws the locking bolt into the locked/unlocked position. The outer handle may comprise a quick release mechanism (300 Figure 4) comprising a restriction hole (301) having a spring (302) and a spring block (303). Pressing the spring block into the handle allows it to be removed from outer rotary shell 153. The key cylinder may have an anti-forced entry disc (171 Figure 5) set in the front end of the key head.

Technical field

The said key head is set with the lock rod on the front end, and the said lock rod is connected with the lock mechanism on the front end. The key head and lock rod are covered by the outer rotary shell, which is connected with the inner rotary shell. The inner rotary shell is still set with the connecting shaft.
Furthermore, the said lock mechanism includes the extension block set on the front end of the lock rod. The said extension block is connected with the top block on the front end. The position of the said top block corresponding to the extension block is set with the gap groove. The said top block is set with the lifting pin on the upper end. The said lifting pin is covered by the lifting pin spring. The position of the rotary shell and inner rotary shell corresponding to the lifting pin is set with the through hole. The said top block is set in the outer rotary shell.
The design of the lock stop mechanism enables the door to be unlocked through the functions of the intelligent panel when the lock is in the normal status. At the same time, the door can also be unlocked with keys, thus it is suitable for being used by people of different ages.
Furthermore, the said key head is set with the anti-forced entry mechanism inside. The anti-forced entry mechanism includes the anti-forced entry disc set on the front end of the key head. The said top block 162 is set with the lifting pin 164 on the upper end. The said lifting pin 164 is covered by the lifting pin spring 165. The position of the rotary shell 153and inner rotary shell 154 corresponding to the lifting pin 164 is set with the through hole 166. The said top block 162 is set in the outer rotary shell 153.
Refer to drawing 5, the said key head 151 is set with the anti-forced entry mechanism 170 inside. The anti-forced entry mechanism 170 includes the anti-forced entry disc 171 set on the front end of the key head 151. The anti-forced entry disc 171 is set with the top bead 172 on one side. The anti-forced entry disc 171 is set with the inserted piece 173 on the rear end. The said key head 151 is set with the restriction groove 155. The position of the outer rotary shell 153 lower end corresponding to the restriction groove 155 is set with the restriction block 156.
Refer to drawing 3, the said outer handle 110 is set with the intelligent control panel 111 downwards, and the said intelligent control panel 111 is set with the wiring board 112 downwards.

The said quick release mechanism 300 includes the restriction hole 301 set on the outer rotary shell 153. The said restriction hole 301 is set with the spring 302. The spring 302 is connected with the spring block 303. The position of the outer handle 110 to the spring block 302 is set with installation holes 304.
The working principle of this present invention is: When the user uses the key to open the door from outside, the key is inserted into the hole and then rotates. It drives the lock rod to rotate. The lock rod pushes the lifting pin into the through hole. Afterwards, the user only has to continue to rotate the handle or key to unlock. Afterwards, please rotate back the key to enable the lifting pin to springback through the spring. At this moment, please rotate the handle to enable the handle to be in the idling condition.
In intelligent lock status: since the back rotary of the key has already enabled the handle to be in the idling condition, the rear-end intelligent lock module will rotate the inner rotary shell, so as to drive the lock cylinder dial wheel to unlock.
In mounting and dismounting: The handle mechanism can be mounted or dismounted through pushing the top block through the installation hole.
