Abstract
The assembly comprises a door lock body 10 engaged with a connecting rod 11 for linkage; a motor installation seat 21 with a motor 22, a cover 23 over the motor, an eccentric wheel 24 on the motor with a turning seat 25, a limit push board 26 provided on the turning seat with a cavity in its centre, a push rod 27 with a spring 28 provided in the cavity, and a locking mechanism 30 provided behind the push rod. The locking mechanism may comprise a fixing board 31 on the cover with a locking spring 32, a lock sheet 33 under the spring, a hollow portion 34 in the middle of the lock sheet for the push rod. A sloped edge may be provided on the periphery of the wheel and the sheet arranged on this sloped edge. The assembly can form part of a smart lock, which is intended to have increased stability in order to limit the increase of the deflection angle.

Motor assembly for door lock
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of hardware accessories, and in particular, to a motor assembly for a door lock.
Background
According to Chinese Patent CN201810560339.5, a multifunctional mechanical door lock comprises a lock housing, a key-unlocking mechanism, an electric unlocking mechanism, a master control limit switch mechanical clutch device, a control board, and a handle. The electric unlocking mechanism has a structure that a motor drives an eccentric wheel on the motor to disengage from the limit switch, thereby achieving unlocking through an electric switch.
Most of existing smart lock devices control door locks to open and close by means of motor transmission. However, as the internal structure of smart locks becomes increasingly complicated, there are more and more structures to be driven by the motor. In practical use, the increased use time causes the motor to experience certain deflection, and as the deflection angle continues to increase, the linkage of the mechanical structure of the door lock becomes unstable.
Summary
In light of the above problems, the present invention provides a motor assembly for a door lock that is highly stable.
To solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following technical solution: A motor assembly for a door lock, comprising a door lock body, the motor assembly being arranged on one side of the door lock body for engagement with a connecting rod on the door lock body that is used for linkage, wherein the motor assembly comprises a motor installation seat, a motor is provided on the motor installation seat, a cover is provided on the outside of the motor, an eccentric wheel is provided on the motor, a turning seat is provided on the eccentric wheel, a limit push board is provided on the turning seat, a cavity is provided underneath the limit push board, a push rod is provided in the cavity, a spring is provided on the push rod, and a locking mechanism is further provided behind the push rod.
Furthermore, the locking mechanism comprises a fixed board arranged on the cover, a locking spring is provided on the fixed board, a lock sheet is provided underneath the locking spring, a hollow portion is provided in the middle of the lock sheet, the push rod is arranged inside the hollow portion, and the lock sheet is arranged on one side of the eccentric wheel.
Furthermore, a sloped edge is provided on the periphery of the eccentric wheel, and the lock sheet is arranged on the sloped edge.
Furthermore, a fixed installation seat is further provided behind the push rod.
It can be seen from the above technical solution that the present invention has the following advantages: 1. Since there is a deflection angle from the operation of a motor, by using the structure according to the present invention, the error caused by the deflection angle can be avoided, thereby achieving that each motor rotation is within an effective range, greatly improving the service life of the motor and the door lock, and lowering the cost of later manual repair and lock replacement at a later stage; 2. The motor assembly according to the present invention is adaptable to most devices on the market that require a motor, and the principle can greatly improve the service life of the motor; 3. The present invention is easy to manufacture and convenient to assemble, has a stable structure, and is endurable.
In addition to the above-described objectives, features, and advantages, the present invention further has other objectives, features, and advantages. The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The accompanying drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention and are used with this specification to describe the principles of the present invention. In the accompanying drawings: FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a product combination of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the motor assembly of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a part of the motor assembly of the present invention; and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional schematic structural diagram of the motor assembly of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention may be implemented in a variety of manners defined and covered by the claims.
Referring to FIG. 1 through FIG. 5, a motor assembly for a door lock as shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 5 comprises a door lock body 10, the motor assembly 20 being arranged on one side of the door lock body 10 for engagement with a connecting rod 11 on the door lock body 10 that is used for linkage, wherein the motor assembly 20 comprises a motor installation seat 21, a motor 22 is provided on the motor installation seat 21, a cover 23 is provided on the outside of the motor 22, an eccentric wheel 24 is provided on the motor 22, a turning seat 25 is provided on the eccentric wheel 24, a limit push board 26 is provided on the turning seat 25, a cavity is provided in the center of the limit push board 26, a push rod 27 is provided in the cavity, a spring 28 is provided on the push rod 27, and a locking mechanism 30 is further provided behind the push rod 27.
As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the locking mechanism 30 comprises a fixed board 31 arranged on the cover 23, a locking spring 32 is provided on the fixed board 31, a lock sheet 33 is provided underneath the locking spring 32, a hollow portion 34 is provided in the middle of the lock sheet 33, the push rod 28 is arranged inside the hollow portion 34, and the lock sheet 33 is arranged on one side of the eccentric wheel 24.
As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a sloped edge 241 is provided on the periphery of the eccentric wheel 24, and the lock sheet 33 is arranged on the sloped edge 241.
As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a fixed installation seat 29 is further provided behind the push rod 27.
The principle of the present invention is as follows: the connecting rod on the door lock body is arranged in the cavity. When the motor is turned on, the eccentric wheel rotates to drive the turning seat above, the limit push board arranged on the turning seat is pushed out, and the spring inside the limit push board drives and pushes out the push rod, thereby driving the connecting rod and achieving the rotation of the door lock. At this point, the locking spring above ejects the lock sheet down to lock up the push rod. The motor rotates again, and the sloped edge on the periphery of the eccentric wheel rotates inside at the high position to press the lock sheet back and unlock the push rod. The external unlocking operation rotates the connecting rod to push the push rod in.

- Claims: 1. A motor assembly for a door lock, comprising a door lock body (10), the motor assembly (20) being arranged on one side of the door lock body (10) for engagement with a connecting rod (11) on the door lock body (10) that is used for linkage, characterized in that the motor assembly (20) comprises a motor installation seat (21), a motor (22) is provided on the motor installation seat (21), a cover (23) is provided on the outside of the motor (22), an eccentric wheel (24) is provided on the motor (22), a turning seat (25) is provided on the eccentric wheel (24), a limit push board (26) is provided on the turning seat (25), a cavity is provided in the center of the limit push board (26), a push rod (27) is provided in the cavity, a spring (28) is provided on the push rod (27), and a locking mechanism (30) is further provided behind the push rod (27).
- 2. The motor assembly for a door lock according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking mechanism (30) comprises a fixed board (31) arranged on the cover (23), a locking spring (32) is provided on the fixed board (31), a lock sheet (33) is provided underneath the locking spring (32), a hollow portion (34) is provided in the middle of the lock sheet (33), the push rod (28) is arranged inside the hollow portion (34), and the lock sheet (33) is arranged on one side of the eccentric wheel (24).
- 3. The motor assembly for a door lock according to claim 3, characterized in that a sloped edge (241) is provided on the periphery of the eccentric wheel (24), and the lock sheet (33) is arranged on the sloped edge (241).
- 4. The motor assembly for a door lock according to any previous claim, characterized in that a fixed installation seat (29) is further provided behind the push rod (27).
