Abstract

A multifunctional saw blade adapter comprising a disc structure 1 having a first surface with a regular polygon frustum 2 and a second surface with at least one bump 3. The centre of the disc has a threaded through hole 4 and the centre of the frustum has a blind hole 5 with diameter larger than that of the through hole. There is a groove 6 surrounding the blind hole. A spacer 7 is fixed in said groove (e.g. by laser welding). A plurality of blind holes 8 are evenly distributed around the through hole on the second surface of the disc, and a magnet (9, Figure 2) is fixed within the blind holes. The chamfered edges of the frustum may be rounded and the bumps may be polygon, waist, rectangular or cross shaped. The spacer may be circular or polygon shaped with/without claws and may be made of high carbon steel.

Description

NOVEL MULTIFUNCTIONAL SAW BLADE ADAPTER
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the technical field of hardware articles, in particular to a novel multifunctional saw blade adapter.
BACKGROUND
With the rise of small hand-held power tools, more and more power tool products are coming into the market. The hand-held power tool can be connected to the grinding wheel, the saw blade, etc., and the grinding wheel or the saw blade can be rotated by the motor drive, thereby realizing the use effect of the saw; however, the connector of the general hand-held power tool is integrated with the hand-held power tool, and the grinding wheel and the saw blade are also designed to match, which makes it impossible to connect with a different grinding wheel or saw blade on the market, leading to a high cost and poor versatility; moreover, in the case of long-term use or frequent replacement of the saw blade, the connector is easily loosened, which makes the connection unstable, and there is a safety hazard during use. The issues have to be resolved, so there must be some improvements.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the technical defects above and provide a novel multifunctional saw blade adapter which is convenient, quick and stable.
In order to solve the technical issues above, the invention provides the technical solutions as follows: a novel multifunctional saw blade adapter, comprising a disc structure, wherein one end surface of the disc structure is provided with a regular polygonal frustum of a prism, and the other end surface of the disc structure is provided with bumps; the center of the disc structure is provided with a threaded through hole; the center of the frustum of a prism is provided with a first blind hole with a diameter larger than that of the threaded through hole, and the outer side of the frustum of a prism is provided with a groove connecting with the first blind hole around the first blind hole; a spacer is fixedly connected in the groove; a plurality of second blind holes are evenly distributed around the threaded through hole on the end surface of the disc structure away from the frustum of a prism; a magnet is fixed in the second blind hole.
The advantages of the invention over the prior art are: a novel multifunctional saw blade adapter, comprising a disc structure, the other end surface of the disc structure is provided with bumps, and the center of the disc structure is provided with a threaded through hole; in this way, the bumps and the pressure plate of the saw blade can be engaged and clamped, and can be fixed by the studs. One end surface of the disc structure is provided with a regular polygonal frustum of a prism, the center of the frustum of a prism is provided with a first blind hole, the outer side of the frustum of a prism is provided with a groove around the first blind hole, and a spacer is fixedly connected in the groove; in this way, the connection buckle of the hand-held power tool can be stably caught by the spacer, thereby fastening the hand-held power tool and the saw blade. A plurality of second blind holes are evenly distributed around the threaded through hole on the end surface of the disc structure away from the frustum of a prism; a magnet is fixed in the second blind hole, which can be used to adsorb the saw blade.
Further, the taper of the frustum of a prism is set to 1:1, and the chamfered edges of the frustum of a prism are round chamfered, which is convenient to be connected to the hand-held power tool.
Further, the bumps are set as bumping bumps or polygonal bumps or cross bumps, so that the hand-held power tools connected to different connectors can be correspondingly connected Further, the bumping bump is formed in a rectangular shape or a waist shape, and has a width ranging from 1.8 to 2.1 mm and a length ranging from 3.5 to 5 mm; the bumping bumps are evenly distributed around the threaded through hole, and the number thereof is set to 4 to 12, so that they can be matched with the small holes on the saw blade when connecting the saw blade, which has the effect of positioning limitation.
Further, the polygonal bump is set as a regular polygon, the number of sides thereof is set to 3 to 12, and the width of the pair of sides is set to 12 to 20 mm; the polygonal bump and the disc structure are on the same axis, and the threaded through hole penetrates the polygonal bump, so that it can match with the groove holes on the saw blade when connecting the saw blade, and has the effect of positioning and restraining.
Further, the cross bump has a maximum circumscribed circle diameter of 10 to 26 mm and a rib width range of 1.8 to 2.1 mm; the cross bump and the disc structure are on the same axis, and the threaded through hole penetrates the cross bump, so that it can match with the groove holes on the saw blade when connecting the saw blade, and has the effect of positioning and restraining.
Further, the spacer is provided with an inner hole in the center, and the spacer is set as a circular spacer or a polygonal spacer with claws; the spacer is made of high carbon steel, and the spacer is fixedly connected to the groove by means of laser welding, so that a stable connection of the spacer and the groove is achieved.
Further, the number of claws of the circular spacer is set to 3 to 12, and the number of sides of the polygonal spacer is set to 3 to 12.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The invention is further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings.
When in specific implementation, the invention provides a novel multifunctional saw blade adapter, comprising a disc structure 1, wherein one end surface of the disc structure 1 is provided with a regular polygonal frustum of a prism 2, and the other end surface of the disc structure 1 is provided with bumps 3; the center of the disc structure 1 is provided with a threaded through hole 4; the center of the frustum of a prism 2 is provided with a first blind hole 5 with a diameter larger than that of the threaded through hole 4, and the outer side of the frustum of a prism 2 is provided with a groove 6 connecting with the first blind hole 5 around the first blind hole 5; a spacer 7 is fixedly connected in the groove 6; a plurality of second blind holes 8 are evenly distributed around the threaded through hole 4 on the end surface of the disc structure 1 away from the frustum of a prism 2; a magnet 9 is fixed in the second blind hole 8.
The taper of the frustum of a prism 2 is set to 1:1 and the chamfered edges of the frustum of a prism 2 are round chamfered.
The bumps 3 are set as bumping bumps or polygonal bumps or cross bumps.
The bumping bump is formed in a rectangular shape or a waist shape, and has a width ranging from 1.8 to 2.1 mm and a length ranging from 3.5 to 5 mm; the bumping bumps are evenly distributed around the threaded through hole 4, and the number thereof is set to 4 to 12.
The polygonal bump is set as a regular polygon, the number of sides thereof is set to 3 to 12, and the width of the pair of sides is set to 12 to 20 mm; the polygonal bump and the disc structure 1 are on the same axis, and the threaded through hole 4 penetrates the polygonal bump.
The cross bump has a maximum circumscribed circle diameter of 10 to 26 mm and a rib width range of 1.8 to 2.1 mm; the cross bump and the disc structure 1 are on the same axis, and the threaded through hole 4 penetrates the cross bump.
The spacer 7 is provided with an inner hole in the center, and the spacer 7 is set as a circular spacer or a polygonal spacer with claws; the spacer 7 is made of high carbon steel, and the spacer 7 is fixedly connected to the groove 6 by means of laser welding.
The number of claws of the circular spacer is set to 3 to 12, and the number of sides of the polygonal spacer is set to 3 to 12.
The working principle of the invention is that the novel multifunctional saw blade adapter of the invention can quickly change the saw blade to facilitate quick and stable connection. At present, the connector of the general hand-held power tool is integrated with the hand-held power tool, and the grinding wheel and the saw blade are also designed to match, leading to a high cost and poor versatility; moreover, in the case of long-term use or frequent replacement of the saw blade, the connector is easily loosened, which makes the connection unstable, and there is a safety hazard during use, so the invention is to solve the issues above.
Embodiment 1 The novel multifunctional saw blade adapter comprises a disc structure 1, the center of the disc structure 1 is provided with a threaded through hole 4, and the other end surface of the disc structure 1 is provided with bumps 3; the bumps 3 are set as bumping bumps, and the bumping bumps are formed in a waist shape, and has a width of 2 mm and a length of 4 mm; the bumping bumps are evenly distributed around the threaded through hole, and the number thereof is set to 12, so that they can be matched with the small holes on the saw blade when connecting the saw blade, which has the effect of positioning limitation. In use, the small holes on the saw blade are placed corresponding to the bumping bumps, and they are matched and clamped with the pressing plate, then fixed by the studs. One end surface of the disc structure 1 is provided with a regular polygonal frustum of a prism 2, and the chamfered edges of the frustum of a prism 2 are round chamfered; the center of the frustum of a prism 2 is provided with a first blind hole 5, and the spacer 7 is fixedly connected in the groove 6; the spacer 7 is set as a circular spacer with an inner hole and claws, and the number of claws thereof is 8; the spacer 7 is made of high carbon steel, and is fixedly connected to the groove 6 by means of laser welding after heat treatment. In connection, the connection buckle of the hand-held power tool bounces in the first blind hole 5 and stably holds the spacer 7, thereby realizing the fastening of the hand-held power tool and the saw blade. A plurality of second blind holes 8 are evenly distributed around the threaded through hole 4 on the end surface of the disc structure 1 away from the frustum of a prism 2; a magnet 9 is fixed in the second blind hole 8; the magnet 9 can be used to adsorb the saw blade, and then the pressing plate is conveniently fastened and then fixedly connected to the adapter.

One end surface of the disc structure 1 is provided with a regular polygonal frustum of a prism 2, and the chamfered edges of the frustum of a prism 2 are round chamfered; the center of the frustum of a prism 2 is provided with a first blind hole 5, and the spacer 7 is fixedly connected in the groove 6; the spacer 7 is set as a polygonal spacer with an inner hole, and the polygon is set as a regular hexagon.; the spacer 7 is made of high carbon steel, and is fixedly connected to the groove 6 by means of laser welding after heat treatment. In connection, the connection buckle of the hand-held power tool bounces in the first blind hole 5 and stably holds the spacer 7, thereby realizing the fastening of the hand-held power tool and the saw blade.
