Junction boxes. - Metallic sheathed cables are secured and bonded to a junction box or bonding-bar by spring clips that press the cable against the baseplate or bonding-bar, or against a member rigidly connected thereto. The clip A may be shaped to fit round the cable and is either attached to the base-plate &c. D by riveting. welding, or screwing or is formed from the base-plate as shown in Fig. 8. A multiple clip A', Fig. 6, may be employed, one of the segments being of a size to fit into the fixed clip A.
