Abstract

An easily assembled bicycle stabilizer structure includes a stabilizer assembly and an assembling structure. The stabilizer assembly has a stabilizer supporter 4. One end of the stabilizer supporter 4 is provided with a stabilizer wheel 3, with the other end thereof provided with an open-ended engagement groove (41, figure 3). The assembling structure has a spring plate 9, a position plate 10 mounted around a rear hub shaft 11 of a bicycle, and a fasten plate 7 disposed on one side of the position plate 10 opposite to the rear hub shaft 11 and fastened by a rear hub nut 6. The spring plate 9 has one end fixed to the position plate 10 between the position plate 10 and the fasten plate 7, for instance by rivets 12, with the other end protruding toward the fasten plate 7. In use the free end of the spring plate 9 engages with the engagement groove 41 of the stabilizer support 4 when this is inserted between the fastener plate 7 and the position plate 10. The stabilizer structure is assembled onto a bicycle without a need to loosen the axial nut.

Description

EASILY ASSEMBLED BICYCLE STABILIZER STRUCTURE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to bicycle components assembling, and more particularly, to an easily assembled bicycle stabilizer structure. 2. Description of the Related Art:
Regarding a common bicycle, when a stabilizer is to be installed thereon, the rear hub screw of the bicycle needs to be detached prior to the installation of a stabilizer supporter. Next the rear hub screw is re-fastened. During such process, the user needs to apply a corresponding fastening apparatus. For a non-professional, choosing the correct apparatus from various tools is a time and labor-consuming task. Also, when the user is detaching or fastening the rear hub screw, one of the screws on the left side or the right side is possibly not fastened tight enough, causing an issue of rear wheel assembly to biasedly swing during the bicycle riding process, risking the safety of the bicycle rider.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
For improving the issues above, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an easily assembled bicycle stabilizer structure.
For achieving the aforementioned objective, an embodiment of the present invention provides an easily assembled bicycle stabilizer structure, characterized in, comprising: a stabilizer assembly, including a stabilizer supporter, the stabilizer supporting having one end thereof provided with a stabilizer wheel and the other end thereof provided with a non-sealed engage groove; and an assembling structure, including a spring plate, a position plate, and a fasten plate, the position plate mounted around a rear hub shaft of a bicycle, the fasten plate disposed on one side of the position plate in opposite to the rear hub shaft and fastened by a rear hub nut, the spring plate having one end thereof fixed to the position plate between the position plate and the fasten plate, with the other end thereof protruding toward the fasten plate and engaged with the engage groove of the stabilizer supporter.
Preferably, a lining is mounted around the rear hub shaft between the fasten plate and the position plate.
Preferably, the spring plate is being riveted by a rivet to be fixed to the position plate.
Preferably, the spring plate is welded to the position plate.
Preferably, the spring plate and the position plate are integrally formed.
Preferably, the spring plate is formed in an S or C shape and engaged with the engage groove of on the upper end of the stabilizer supporter, such that the stabilizer supporter is positioned.
With such configuration, when the product is manufactured in the factory, the stabilizer assembly and the stabilizer wheel are allowed to be pre-assembled. When the user acquires the product, the user is able to easily assemble the overall structure without the necessity of applying professional assembling apparatus and a skilled assembling technique. Also, the further adjustment and operation trial after the completion of the assembling are saved, lowering the cost of time and further decreasing the manual labor needed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The aforementioned and further advantages and features of the present invention will be understood by reference to the description of the preferred embodiment in conjunction with the accompanying drawings where the components are illustrated based on a proportion for explanation but not subject to the actual component proportion.
Referring to Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides an easily assembled bicycle stabilizer structure, comprising a pre-assembled stabilizer assembly and an assembling structure.
Regarding the pre-assembling process of the stabilizer assembly, the stabilizer wheel 3 is screwed to a lower end of the stabilizer supporter 4 by use of a stabilizer thread rod 1, a washer 2, and a stabilizer nut 5. Therefore, the complexity of the assembling process for the user is lowered. Furthermore, an upper end of the stabilizer supporter 4 is provided with a non-sealed engage groove 41.
Regarding the pre-assembling process of the assembling structure comprises following steps, as shown by Fig. 1 and Fig. 5. An S-shaped spring plate 9 is riveted to a position plate 10 by use of a rivet 12, and the position plate 10 is subsequently mounted around a rear hub shaft 11 and attached to the rear dropout of the bicycle frame. Next, the lining 8 is mounted around the rear hub shaft 11 and attached to the position plate 10. The fasten plate 7 is then mounted around the rear hub shaft 11 from another side of the lining 8 in opposite to the position plate 10 and attached to the position plate. Finally, a rear hub nut 6 is screwed to the rear hub shaft 11, so as to stably fix the fasten plate 7, the lining 8, the S-shaped spring plate 9, and the position plate 10 to the rear hub shaft 11.
Then, one end of the stabilizer supporter 4, which is a part of the pre-assembled stabilizer assembly, in opposite to the end provided with the stabilizer wheel 3 is inserted into the inner side of the fasten plate 7 from a lower end of the fasten plate 7. With a resilient force, an upper protruding end of the fasten plate 7 is engaged in the engage groove 41 of the stabilizer supporter 4, thereby fixing the stabilizer supporter 4. The assembling process is simplified without the necessity of additional assembling apparatus and further adjustment, thus meeting an easily assembling demand.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the S-shaped spring plate 9 is welded to the position plate 10 in order to be fixed on the position plate 10.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the S-shaped spring plate 9 and the position plate 10 are integrally formed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the spring plate 9 is formed in a C shape, as shown in Fig. 6.
Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
