Abstract
An extendable or telescopic tree comprising a trunk including a base cylinder 1 with an upper opening and a further cylinder set. The cylinder set includes a plurality of hollow cylinders 2 coupled vertically in sequence; two adjacent lifting cylinders being movable relative to one another. A limit structure (22, fig 4) is arranged between two adjacent cylinders to prevent separation. The cylinder at bottom of the set is coupled with the base cylinder in which a linear module (fig 3) is provided, which includes a hollow sleeve 13 connected to the cylinder at the top of the set in a fixed position. The top of each cylinder is provided with a connecting piece 4 for connecting branches 5. The linear module may include a transmission 11 driven by a motor 9 and further incorporates a threaded rod 12, thereby allowing the extension and collapse of the trunk. The base cylinder may include supporting legs 6 with associated stiffening support 7. The motor may be a servomotor.
Description
A LIFTING TREE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention belongs to the technical field of decoration tree; in particular, it relates to a lifting tree used to make the Christmas tree.
BACKGROUND
In Europe and America, Christmas tree, as a Christmas decoration, is widely used. With the social development, people become aware of replacing the previously used plant tree with the industrial Christmas tree, to make it more environmentally friendly; and people hope to use a bulky Christmas tree to have more significance; however, a bulky Christmas tree is not easy to move, in order to facilitate the movement, separate structures are adopted for Christmas tree, to divide the trunk into multiple segments, which can resolve the problem of large volume, but when assembly, it will take a long time because of the too many parts and components.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is to solve the problem of prior art and provide a lifting tree, which can use the space flexibly and its volume can be varied, to facilitate the transportation and easy to use.
The technical solutions adopted in this invention are as follows: A lifting tree, comprises a trunk which consists of a base cylinder with an upper opening and a lifting cylinder set, wherein the lifting cylinder set comprises a plurality of hollow lifting cylinders which couple vertically in sequence and two adjacent lifting cylinders can move relatively. A limit structure is arranged between two adjacent lifting cylinders to prevent separation; and the lifting cylinder at the bottom is coupled with the base cylinder and a linear module is provided inside the base cylinder. The linear module comprises a mobile unit which is connected with the lifting cylinder at the top of lifting cylinder set fixedly, and at the upper end of each lifting cylinder is connected to a connecting piece for connecting branches.
Further, the limit structure includes a limit bump arranged at the lower end of the lifting cylinder, and the inner cylinder upper end of the lifting cylinder is provided with a convex ring protruding inwardly.
As an equivalent, the inner cylinder of the lifting cylinder is arranged in stairs, including two cylindrical spaces, and the one space below have a large outer diameter; and the lower end of the lifting cylinder is arranged in a hollow cone shape. When matching between two adjacent lifting cylinders, the lower end of the lifting cylinder located above is matched with the lower cylindrical space of the lifting cylinder located below.
Further, the linear module comprises a screw and a hollow sleeve opening at the lower end, and the hollow sleeve has internal thread to connect with the screw thread, and the upper end of the hollow sleeve is connected with the lifting cylinder located at the top; and the base cylinder is provided with a motor which connects with the screw in a drive way.
Further, a transmission is provided inside the base cylinder and the motor shaft is connected with the screw by the transmission.
Preferably, the transmission comprises a driving gear and a driven gear. The motor shaft is connected with the driving gear, and the driven gear is connected with the screw.
Further, the linear module includes the cylinder, and the push rod of the cylinder is connected with the lifting cylinder at the top of the lifting cylinder set.
Further, the connecting piece comprises a fixing portion connected to the lifting cylinder and a connection portion for connection with a plurality of branches, and the connection portion is arranged on the outer surface of the fixing portion in an annular way.
Still further, the fixing portion is a collar, the connection portion is the connection piece, and the middle of the connection piece is provided with a mounting hole for fixing the branches.
As the equivalent, the fixing portion includes a clamp which is fixedly connected with the lifting cylinder; moreover, the connection portion can be a connecting tube arranged obliquely, and one end of the connecting tube is fixed to the clamp.
Further, the side of the base cylinder is connected to a plurality of supporting legs.
Still further, the supporting leg comprises a curved supporting bar and a stiffener, and one side of the stiffener is fixed to the base cylinder, and the other end is fixed to the supporting bar.
Further, the motor is a servo motor, and the base cylinder is equipped with a servo drive, which is connected to a wireless receiver electrically.
This invention can achieve the beneficial effect. By using the lifting cylinder set to form telescopic trunk, the volume of the entire tree can be changed, easy to transport and use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
This invention is further described in combination with drawings and specific embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to FIGs. 1, 2 and 3, a lifting tree, comprises a trunk which comprises a base cylinder 1 with an upper opening and a lifting cylinder set, wherein the lifting cylinder set comprises a plurality of hollow lifting cylinders 2 which couple vertically in sequence and two adjacent lifting cylinders 2 can move relatively. A limit structure is arranged between two adjacent lifting cylinders 2 to prevent separation; and the lifting cylinder 2 at the bottom is coupled with the base cylinder 1 and a linear module is provided inside the base cylinder 1. The linear module comprises a mobile unit which is connected with the lifting cylinder 2 at the top of lifting cylinder set fixedly, and at the upper end of each lifting cylinder 2 is connected to a connecting piece for connecting branches 5.
The lifting tree in the technical solution adopts a coupling way to form a lifting structure. The lifting cylinder 2 is coupled vertically to form a telescopic antenna structure. During transport, the trunk part can be shrunk to reduce the height of the trunk and reduce its volume. When in use, the trunk is lifted by the linear module, then the branch 5 is fixed to the connecting piece, thus forming a complete Christmas tree, easy to transport and use. In order to prevent the separation of two adjacent lifting cylinders 2 during use, a limit structure is arranged between two lifting cylinders 2. The lifting cylinder 2 located the bottom can be tightly fit with the base cylinder 1, or can be slid relative to the base cylinder 1.
Referring to FIG. 4, further, the limit structure includes a limit bump 21 arranged at the lower end of the lifting cylinder 2, and the inner cylinder upper end of the lifting cylinder 2 is provided with a convex ring 22 protruding inwardly.
When mounting the two adjacent lifting cylinders 2, the lifting cylinder 2 located above is inserted from the lower part of inner cylinder of lifting cylinder 2 located below and pass through from the upper part; at this time, the limit bump 21 of the lifting cylinder 2 located above is abutted against the inner cylinder of the lifting cylinder 2 located below, and the outside side wall of the lifting cylinder 2 located above is abutted against the convex ring 22 of the lifting cylinder 2 located below. During use, when the lifting cylinder 2 located above is relatively lifted to a position, the limit bump 21 is abutted against the convex ring 22, to limit its lifting. When descending, since the lifting cylinder 2 located above is mounted with connecting piece, the connecting piece is abutted against the lifting cylinder 2 located below when descending to a position, to achieve the limit.
As an equivalent, the inner cylinder of the lifting cylinder 2 is arranged in stairs, including two cylindrical spaces, and the one space below have a large outer diameter; and the lower end of the lifting cylinder 2 is arranged in a hollow cone shape. When matching between two adjacent lifting cylinders 2, the lower end of the lifting cylinder 2 located above is matched with the lower cylindrical space of the lifting cylinder 2 located below.
Referring to FIG. 5, the limit structure includes a lifting groove 24 arranged at the inner cylinder of the lifting cylinder 2 and the upper sealing of the lifting groove 24; The lower end of the lifting cylinder 2 is provided with a fixture block 23 matching with the lifting groove 24.
Referring to FIG. 3, further, the linear module comprises a screw 12 and a hollow sleeve 13 with opening at the lower end, and the hollow sleeve 13 has internal thread to connect with the screw thread 12, and the upper end of the hollow sleeve 13 is connected with the lifting cylinder 2 located at the top; and the base cylinder 1 is provided with a motor 9 which connects with the screw 12 in a drive way.
During the implementation, the upper end of hollow sleeve 13 sequentially passes through all lifting cylinders 2 other than the one at the top, and the upper end of the hollow sleeve 13 is abutted against or fixedly connected with the lifting cylinder 2 located at the top; when the lifting tree needs rise, the motor 9 drives the screw 12 and the hollow sleeve 13 rises relative to the screw 12, and the hollow sleeve 13 drives the lifting cylinder 2 located at the top to rise and other lifting cylinders 2 to rise sequentially from bottom to the top. In order to prevent the rotating of hollow sleeve 13 along the screw 12, a limit bump is arranged at the side of the hollow sleeve 13 or the hollow sleeve 13 is fixedly connected to the lifting cylinder 2 located at the top. When descending, the screw 12 drives the hollow sleeve 13 to descend, and the lifting cylinder 2 can move downwardly under gravity until the lifting cylinder 2 at the top is abutted against the hollow sleeve 13. When the hollow sleeve 13 is fixedly connected with the lifting cylinder 2 at the top, the lifting cylinder 2 can move downwardly driven by the hollow sleeve 13.
Further, a transmission 11 is provided inside the base cylinder 1 and the motor shaft 10 of the motor 9 is connected with the screw 12 by the transmission 11.
Since the motor 9 has a fast speed, when the screw 12 is driven by the motor 9 directly to rotate, the hollow sleeve 13 lifts quickly, difficult to control. In order to control the lifting speed, a transmission 11 is provided inside the base cylinder 1, to reduce the drive speed of motor 9. In addition, a transmission 11 is provided to facilitate the setting of the location of motor 9. The orientation of the shaft 10 of motor 9 can be arbitrarily set for easy installation.
Preferably, the transmission 11 comprises a driving gear and a driven gear. The motor shaft 10 of the motor 9 is connected with the driving gear, and the driven gear is connected with the screw 12.
As an equivalent, further, the linear module includes the cylinder, and the push rod of the cylinder is connected with the lifting cylinder 2 at the top of the lifting cylinder set.
The lifting of the push rod of the lifting cylinder can achieve control on the stretching of the lifting cylinder set.
Further, the connecting piece comprises a fixing portion 23 connected to the lifting cylinder 2 and a connection portion 4 for connection with a plurality of branches 5, and the connection portion 4 is arranged on the outer surface of the fixing portion 23 in an annular way.
Still further, the fixing portion is a collar 23, the connection portion 4 is the connection piece, and the middle of the connection piece is provided with a mounting hole 41 for fixing the branches 5.
For fixing the connecting piece to the lifting cylinder 2, the connecting piece adopts a collar structure. Preferably, the collar and lifting cylinder 2 are tight fit. The connection piece is arranged at the surface of the collar in an annular way; the mounting hole of the connection piece is connected with the branches 5, to form a complete Christmas tree.
As the equivalent, the fixing portion 23 includes a clamp which is fixedly connected with the lifting cylinder 2; moreover, the connection portion 4 can be a connecting tube arranged obliquely, and one end of the connecting tube is fixed to the clamp.
The connecting piece can be easily fixed to the lifting cylinder 2 using a clamp structure, to adjust the tightness and avoid the looseness caused by fatigue deformation for a long-term use. In addition, the connection portion 4 can adopt a connection tube, which can be connected with the branches 5 in a plug way, more simple and convenient. The above-mentioned fixing portion 23 and connection portion 4 can be interchanged and used in combination.
Further, the side of the base cylinder 1 is connected to a plurality of supporting legs 6.
Still further, the plurality of supporting leg 6 comprises a curved supporting bar and a stiffener 7, and one side of the stiffener 7 is fixed to the base cylinder 1, and the other end is fixed to the supporting bar.
Further, the motor 9 is a servo motor 10, and the base cylinder 1 is equipped with a servo drive, which is connected to a wireless receiver 8 electrically.
The control on the lifting of the lifting tree can be achieved by a wireless controller; the wireless controller sends control signals to the wireless receiver 8 which then sends the control signals to the servo drive, to control the rotation state of the servo motor 9. The wireless receiver 8 can be an infrared receiver, Bluetooth receiver, etc..
The invention has been described in detail. Technicians skilled in the art should know that the technical solutions can be modified or substituted equivalently without departing from the spirit and scope of them.
Claims (9)
1. A lifting tree, comprising : a trunk which comprises a base cylinder with an upper opening and a lifting cylinder set, wherein the lifting cylinder set comprises a plurality of hollow lifting cylinders which couple vertically in sequence and two adjacent lifting cylinders move relatively; a limit structure is arranged between two adjacent lifting cylinders to prevent separation; the lifting cylinder at the bottom is coupled with the base cylinder and a linear module is provided inside the base cylinder; the linear module comprises a mobile unit which is connected with the lifting cylinder at the top of the lifting cylinder set fixedly, and the upper end of each lifting cylinder is connected to a connecting piece for connecting branches.
2. The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the limit structure comprises a limit bump arranged at the lower end of the lifting cylinder, and the inner cylinder upper end of the lifting cylinder is provided with a convex ring protruding inwardly.
3. The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the linear module comprises a screw and a hollow sleeve opening at the lower end; the hollow sleeve has internal thread to connect with the screw thread; the upper end of the hollow sleeve is connected with the lifting cylinder located at the top; and the base cylinder is provided with a motor which connects with the screw in a drive way.
4. The lifting tree according to claim 3, wherein a transmission is provided inside the base cylinder and a motor shaft is connected with the screw by the transmission.
5. The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the connecting piece comprises a fixing portion connected to the lifting cylinder and a connection portion for connection with a plurality of branches, and the connection portion is arranged on the outer surface of the fixing portion in an annular way.
6. The lifting tree according to claim 5, wherein the fixing portion is a collar, the connection portion is a connection piece, and the middle of the connection piece is provided with a mounting hole for fixing the branches.
7. The lifting tree according to claim 1, wherein the side of the base cylinder is connected to a plurality of supporting legs.
8. The lifting tree according to claim 7, wherein the supporting leg comprises a curved supporting bar and a stiffener; and one side of the stiffener is fixed to the base cylinder, and the other end is fixed to the supporting bar.
9. The lifting tree according to claim 3, wherein the motor is a servo motor, and the base cylinder is equipped with a servo drive, which is connected to a wireless receiver electrically.
