Abstract
254,494. Timings, S. June 17, 1925. Garment racks.-A pull-out garment rack for wardrobes &c. comprises a fixed tubular guide 10 with a longitudinal slot 11 in its underside through which depends the web 20 of a T-rail 21 with holes 35, to receive the hangers, and a handle 30. A stop member, inserted in slots in the flanges of a rail, prevents complete withdrawal. The guide 10 is supported at each end by a transversely disposed channel member 12 the lower flange 15 of which is smaller than the upper flange 13 to allow access to the holes for the fixing screws in the upper flange which is riveted to the upper face of the guide 10, an enlargement of the slot 11 below the rivet 14 permitting easy access to the rivet.
