Abstract

A water purifying apparatus, which comprises a switching valve (10), a purifier (30), and a pipeline apparatus (32). The switching valve (10) comprises a valve body (12) and a switching mechanism (14). The valve body (12) is provided with a water inflow path (16), at least one water outflow path (18, 20, and 42), at least two water-separating paths (22, 24, and 26), and a water-connecting path (28). The switching mechanism (14) is user-controlled and is capable of switching between the multiple water-separating paths (22, 24, and 26) to which the water inflow path (16) is connected. The water-separating paths (24 and 26) are connected to the water outflow path (18, 20, and 42). The water-connecting path (28) is connected to the water outflow path (18, 20, and 42). The pipeline apparatus (32) is provided with a first water-path (34) and a second water-path (36). Two ends of the first water-path (32) respectively are connected to the water-separating path (22) and a water inflow end of the purifier (30). Two ends of the second water-path (36) respectively are connected to the water-connecting path (28) and a water outflow end of the purifier (30). The apparatus has a small footprint and an aesthetic appearance.

Description

A water purifying apparatus
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a water puri'ing apparatus.
Background of the invention
The traditional water purifying apparatus comprises a purifier, which is disposed with a water inflow end and a water outflow end, the water inflow end is connected to the water resource, the water is purified by the purifier and flows out of the water outflow end. The traditional water purit'ing apparatus has disadvantages: all of the water is purified, however in practical usage, part of water does not need to purify but it is directly used, for example, in washing situation, otherwise, it's a wastc of water puri4ng function.
To solve the disadvantages of the traditional water purifying apparatus, someone has provided with a technical proposal in Chinese patent base with publishing number CN200780014555.X. the purifier apparatus comprises a body, which include: a water inflow end, which is assembled to the tap to inflow the water resource; a water outflow end, which is used to outflow the water resource; a purified water outflow end, which is used to outflow the purified water resource by the purifier from the water inflow end, with a switching apparatus in either end of the body, it is switched the waterway from the water inflow end to the purifier to the waterway from the water inlet end to the water outflow end, with the switching apparatus, user can choose water resource or purified water.
However, this technical proposal has disadvantage: as the water outflow end and the purified water outflow end are disposed in different positions, it is inconvenient to use, the assembly and disassembly are troublesome, it takes up large space, and it is inaesthetic in appearance.
Summary of the invention
The present invention is provided with a water purif'ing apparatus, which overcomes the disadvantages of the existing water purifying apparatus.
The technical proposal of the present invention to solve the technical problems is as below: A water purifying apparatus, wherein comprises: a switching valve (10) comprises a valve body (12) and a switching mechanism (14) assembled in the valve body (12), the valve body (12) is disposed with a water inflow path (16), at least one water outflow path (18, 20, 42), at least two water separating paths (22, 24, 26) and a water connecting path(28), the switching mechanism (14) is user-controlled and is capable of switching between the multiple water separating paths (22, 24, 26) to connect to the water inflow path (16), the water separating paths (24, 26) are connected to the water outflow path (18, 20), the water connecting path (28) is connected to the water outflow path (42); A purifier (30), which is disposed with a water inflow end and a water outflow end; and A pipeline apparatus (32), which is disposed with a first water path (34) and a second water path (36). two ends of the first water path (34) are respectively connected to the water separating path (22) and the water inlet end of the purifier (30), two ends of the second water path (36) are respectively connected to the water connecting path (28) and the water outflow end of the purifier.
In another preferred embodiment, the pipeline apparatus (32) comprises an external pipe (38) and two internal pipes (40) fixed inside the external pipe (38) and axially arranged side by side, the inner holes of the two internal pipes (40) are served as the first water path (34) and the second water path (36).
In another preferred embodiment, the pipeline apparatus (32) comprises an external pipe and an internal pipe fixed inside the external pipe, the inner hole of the internal pipe and the clearance between the external pipe and the internal pipe are served as the first water path (34) and the second water path (36).
In another preferred embodiment, the pipeline apparatus (32) comprises two internal pipes fixed together and axially arranged side by side, the inner holes of the internal pipes are respectively served as the first water path (34) and the second water path (36).
the valve body (12) is disposed with three water outflow paths (18, 20, 42), and the water separating path (24) is connected to the water outflow path (18), the water separating path (26) is connected to the water outflow path (20), the water connecting path (28) is connected to the water outflow path (42).
In another preferred embodiment, the valve body (12) is convex with two nozzles (44) arranged side by side, two nozzles (44) are respectively served as the water separating path (22) and the water connecting path (28).
In another preferred embodiment, the valve body (12) comprises a body (46), a cover (48) and a joint component (50), the water inflow path, the water outflow paths, the water separating paths and the water connecting path are disposed in the body (46), the cover (48) is fixed to the body (46) and is disposed with water holes respectively corresponding to the water separating paths, the joint component (50) is fixed to the body (46) and is connected to the water inflow path.
In another preferred embodiment, the valve body (12) comprises a body (46), the water inflow path, the water outflow paths, the water separating paths and the water connecting path are disposed in the body (46), the body (46) is concaved with an assembly cavity (52) connected to the water inflow path and the water separating paths; The switching mechanism (14) comprises a switching shaft (54); the switching valve (54) is disposed with an inner hole (58), a long arc slot (60) connected to the inner hole (58) and a short arc slot (62) connected to the inner hole (58); the switching shaft (54) is pivot joint to the assembly cavity (52), and the switching shaft (54) can move among a first position, a second position and a third position, thereinto: the long arc slot (60) is permanently connected to the water inflow path (16); when the switching shaft (54) is situated in the first position, the short arc slot (62) is connected to the water separating path (24); when the switching shaft (54) is situated in the second position, the short arc slot (62) is connected to the water separating path (26); when the switching shaft (54) is situated in the third position, the long arc slot (60) is also connected to the water separating path (22).
In another preferred embodiment, the switching mechanism (14) is further disposed with a switching handle (64), the switching handle (64) is covered the mouth of the assembly cavity (52) in sealing way and is fixed to the portion of the switching shaft (54) extended out of the assembly cavity (52).
In another preferred embodiment, the switching mechanism (14) is further disposed with an arc shaped switching pad (56), the switching pad (56) is fixed inside the assembly cavity (52) and is disposed with a throughout hole corresponding to the water separating path (22, 24, 26).
Compared to the existing technology, the technical proposal of the present invention has advantages as below: 1. several water outflow paths are disposed in the valve body, two water paths of the pipeline apparatus are used to guide the water to purify by the purifier then flow back to the valve body, it overcomes the disadvantages of the existing technology and has advantages: a. it shares the water outflow path, or in other condition, it disposes the several water outflow paths together, making it convenient for user; b. it has a small footprint and an aesthetic appearance; c. the switching valve and the purifier are separated, making it convenient to assemble and disassemble; 2. the pipeline apparatus is disposed with an external pipe and two internal pipes, it has an aesthetic appearance, simple structure and a small footprint; 3. the pipeline apparatus is disposed with an external pipe and an internal pipes, it has an aesthetic appearance, simple structure and a small footprint; 4. the valve body is disposed with three water outflow paths, the water separating path (24) is connected to the water outflow path (18), the water separating path (26) is connected to the water outflow path (20), the water connecting path (28) is connected to the water outflow path (42), so that different water separating paths have different water outflow paths, the outflow functions are different, making it convenient for the user to choose; 5. the valve body comprises a body, a cover and a joint component, so that it has a simple structure, a low manufacturing cost, and a fast and convenient assembly function; 6. the switching valve is disposed with an inner hole, a long arc slot and a short arc slot, it is situated in different position by the switching shaft, so that the switch of the several water separating paths is implemented, it has a simple structure and a small footprint. 7.

Detailed description of the embodiments
The first embodiment: Please refer to flg.1 to flg.6, a water purit'ing apparatus comprises a switching valve 10, a purifier 30 and a pipeline apparatus 32.
The switching valve 10 includes a valve body 12 and a switching mechanism 14 assembled in the valve body 12.
The valve body 12 comprises a body 46, a cover 48 and a joint component 50. the body 46 is disposed with a water inflow pat 16, three water outflow paths 18, 20, 42, three water-separating paths 22, 24, 26 and a water connecting path 28. in this embodiment, take three water outflow paths for an example, but not limited to this, as required, it can disposed only one water outflow path or two, if there is only one water outflow path, these water separating paths share one water outflow path. In this embodiment, take three water separating paths for an example, but not limited to this, as required, it can disposed two or four water separating paths. The cover 48 is fixed in the body 46, and is disposed with water holes respectively corresponding to the water separating paths 22, 24, 26. the joint component 50 is fixed in the body 46, and is connected to the water inflow path 16, so that the valve body 12 can assemble and disassemble below the tap. In this embodiment, the joint component 50 comprises a locknut 66, a tap joint 68 and a packing seal 70. The body 46 is concaved with a joint, the external revolution surface of which is disposed with external thread. The lower portion of the revolution surface of the tap joint 68 is concaved with a flange; the locknut 66 is disposed with a step of faced downward inside; when assembly, the tap joint 68 is extended out of the locknut 66 from down to up, the packing seal 70 is disposed inside the tap joint 68, then the locknut 66 is locked and threaded to the external thread of the body 46, so that the flange of the joint 68 is locked to the step of the locknut 66 between the packing seal and the bod)c In this embodiment, the body 46 is concaved with an assembly cavity 52 connected the water inflow path 16 and the water separating paths 22, 24, 26.
The switching mechanism 14 comprises a switching shaft 54, an arc shaped switching pad 56 and a switching handle 64. the switching shaft 54 is disposed with an inner hole 58, a long arc slot 60 connected to the inner hole 58 and a short arc slot 62 connected to the inner hole 58. the switching shaft 54 is pivot joint to the assembly cavity 52, the long arc slot 60 is permanently connected to the water inflow path 16, and the switching shaft 54 can move among a first position, a second position and a third position. Thereinto: when the switching shaft 54 is situated in the first position, the short arc slot 62 is coupled and corresponding to the water separating path 24; when the switching shaft 54 is situated in the second position, the short arc slot 62 is coupled and corresponding to the water separating path 26; when the switching shaft 54 is situated in the third position, the long arc slot 60 is also connected to the water separating path 22. in this embodiment, the ends of the three water separating paths 22, 24, 26 are spaced arranged in a circle, and the section areas of the three ends are equal, thereinto, the central angle of two adjacent water separating paths is 45 degrees. The section of the short arc slot 62 is coupled to that of the end, the central angle of the long arc slot 60 is larger than 90 degrees, and the central angle is smaller than the largest central angel of the water inflow path and the water separating path 22.
The switching handle 64 is covered the mouth of the assembly cavity 52 in sealing way, and it is fixed to the portion the switching shaft 54 extended out of the assembly cavity 52 for users' hand, so that it is sealed the assembly cavity 52.
The switching pad 56 is fixed inside the assembly cavity 52 and is disposed with throughout holes corresponding to the water separating paths 22, 24, 26.
The switching mechanism 14 is user-controlled to move among the first position, the second position and the third position, so that three water separating paths 22, 24, 26 are switched to connect to the water inflow path 16. making that: the water separating paths 24, 26 are respectively connected to the water outflow paths 18, 20, the water connecting path 28 is connected to the water outflow path 42; in this embodiment, there are three water separating paths and three water outflow paths, so that the water separating path 24 is connected to the water outflow path 18, the water separating path 26 is connected to the waler outflow path 20, the water connecting path 28 is connected to the water outflow path 42. In another preferred embodiment, there are two water separating paths and the water outflow paths, so that one water separating path is connected to the water outflow path, the other one is connected to the water connecting path.
The purifier 30 is disposed with an inlet and an outlet.
The pipeline apparatus 32 is disposed with a first water path 34 and a second water path 36. two ends of the first water path 34 are respectively connected to the water separating path 22 and the inlet end of the purifier 30, two ends of the second water path 36 are respectively connected to the water connecting path 28 and the outlet end of the purifier 30. in another preferred embodiment, the pipeline apparatus 32 comprises a external pipe 38 and two internal pipes 40 fixed inside the external pipe and axially arranged side by side, the inner hole of the two internal pipe 40 are served as the first water path 34 and the second water path 36.
Please refer to fig.4, the switching mechanism 14 is situated in the first position, the water purifying apparatus is situated in the first state, the short arc slot 62 is coupled to and connected to the water separating path 24, the waterway is as following: water flows through the joint component 50, the water inflow path 16, the long arc slot 60, the inner hole 58, the short arc slot 62, the water separating path 24, the water outflow path 18, then out of the water hole of the cover 48, in this embodiment, the water hole is a water foaming apparatus to outflow foaming water.
Please refer to fig.5, the switching mechanism 14 relatively rotates 45 degrees to situate in the second position, the water purifying apparatus is situated in the second state, the short arc slot 62 is coupled to and connected to the water separating path 26, the waterway is as following: water flows through the joint component 50, the water inflow path 16, the long arc slot 60, the inner hole 58, the short arc slot 62, the water separating path 26, the water outflow path 20, then out of the water hole of the cover 48, in this embodiment, it outflows shower water.
Please refer to fig.6, the switching mechanism 14 further relatively rotates 45 degrees to situate in the third position, the water purifying apparatus is situated in the third state, the long arc slot 60 is coupled to and connected to the water inflow path 16 and the water separating path 22, the waterway is as following: water flows through the joint component 50, the water inflow path 16, the long arc slot 60, the inner hole 58, the long arc slot 60, the water separating path 22, the first water path 34, the purifier 30, the second water path 36, the water connecting path 28, the water outflow path 42 then out of the water hole of the cover 48, in this embodiment, it outflows purified water.
Preferred, the valve 12 is convex with two nozzles 44 arranged side by side, two nozzles 44 are respectively served as the water separating path 22 and the water connecting path 28. the end of the two internal pipe 40 are respectively coupled to and fixed to the two nozzles 44 in sleeve way.
The second embodiment: the pipeline apparatus 32 comprises an external pipe and an internal pipe fixed inside the external pipe, the inner hole of the internal pipe is served as the first water path 34, the clearance between the external pipe and the internal pipe is sewed as the second water path 36.
The third embodiment: the pipeline apparatus comprises two internal pipe fixed together axially arranged side by side, the inner holes of the two inner holes are respectively served as the first water path 34 and the second water path 36.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out the patent for invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the patent for invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
Industrial applicability
The present invention is provided with a water purifying apparatus, in which several water outflow paths are disposed in the valve body, two water paths of the pipeline apparatus are used to guide the water to purify by the purifier then flow back to the valve body, the present invention shares the water outflow path, or in other condition, it disposes the several water outflow paths together, making it convenient for user; b. it has a small footprint and an aesthetic appearance; e.
the switching valve and the purifier are separated, making it convenient to assemble and
disassemble, it has well industrial applicability.
