Abstract

A waterproof overshoe is made of durable fabric and has a non-slip rubber sole 2. A zipper on the back 3 of the device will enable high heel shoes to fit in easily. Laces 4 allow for a more comfortable fit once the overshoe is in position on the foot. An adjustable aperture (8, figure 5) enables the heel of a high-heeled shoe to fit through the cover. The overshoe is foldable and may be stored in a carry bag (figure 7).

Description

Waterproof Overshoes for High Heel Shoes-Eli's This invention relates to the invention and design of waterproof overshoes that will provide protection from wet weather for high heel shoes.

The invention and unique design will be described below with reference to accompanying drawings.

These stylish sunmier overshoes, s, are made of waterproof and durable good looking ripstop fabric. The elastic band at the heel and the toe of Eli's will enable easy fit for all heel heights, even for platform shoes (Figure-1,3,6).

The flat, thin metal bendable wire at the front will hold up Eli's comfortably and will prevent it from slipping down (Figure-4, key 5).

There are also laces that will ensure a comfortable fit (Figure-I.key 4).

The zipper will make it easier to fit over any shoe and the adjustable hole in the sole is for the heel to go through (Figure-3, Figure-5, key 8).

All stitches will be sealed with a waterproof tape (Figure-4, key 9). The so'e of the shoe will be made of light non-slippery rubber (Figure-2).

It will come with a kit of waterproof bag, instructions of use and a microfiber clothe to wipe after use (Figure-I, key 6,7).

Eli's was designed by a woman for women who love their shoes, want to take good care of them, don't want wet feet and don't like to carry a pair of heavy plastic boots with them in case it rains.

Especially if they are going to a party or out at night. they can cariy the compact, light Eli's in their handbags (Figure-?). As it doesn't take much space you can take it along on all your ti-ips.

1. Claims 1. The overshoe can be used to protect high-heel shoes from rain, mud or wet surfaces.
2. 2. The overshoe in Claim 1, is made of waterproof fabric.

4. 4. The overshoe in Claim 3. has an adjustable opening in its heel area to enable most type of high heels to lit through.
5. 5. The overshoe in Claim 4. has waterproof tape over the stitches on the inside to keep water out and protect feet and shoes inside the overshoe.
6. 6. The overshoe in Claim 5. has an elastic tip which will enable different shoe tip shapes and sizes a comfortable fit.
7. 7. The overshoe in Claim 6, has an opening in the back (calf area of the leg) with a zipper to provide space for high heel shoes to comfortably fit in.
8. 8. The overshoe in Claim 7. has soft wires that are bendable to provide support to the overshoe when its worn and easy to fold when its stored in its carry bag.
9. 9. The overshoe in Claim 8, is designed with laces to be tied around the lower leg to provide all anide. lower leg and calf sizes to wear the overshoes comfortably.
10. 10. The overshoe in Claim 9, is lightweight, compact and easy to carry in its own portable waterproof bag.
