Abstract
A file folder comprising a backing plate 10, a pair of connection belts 20 and at least two storage trays 30 wherein one end 21 of each of the connection belts 20 is hot pressed to the backing plate 10 so that the connection belts 21 run along parallel lines, the connection belts 21 have a plurality of folds 23 and the storage trays 30 are hot pressed to the connection belts 20 between the folds 23 such that the storage trays 30 can be pushed together, expanded apart or left to hang so that they overlap. There may be an extension plate 33 which can be folded over the backing plate 10 and there may be elastic bands or hooks to hold the extension plate 33 over the backing plate 10 or for hanging the device to an external object. The device is designed to provide convenient storage in an office environment.
Description
A FILE FOLDER
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to a file folder structure, and more particularly to an innovative one which allows the storage trays to be folded or unfolded in an interlaced manner with two corrugated connection belts.
2. Description of Related Art
A variety of files are extensively used in office work, and often stored or archived by the file folders; so it is important to classify and manage the files by proper tools so as to keep the office environment clean and improve the working efficiency.
Amongst numerous file folders commonly used in the market, one file folder is structured in a way that the files can be placed into a transparent bag with lateral opening, and a metal buckle is incorporated onto it accordingly; another is an organ folder onto which two V-shaped corrugated plates are arranged laterally; and several accommodating spaces are formed into the organ folder so that its opening can provide an access to files. Despite of the storage functions of said file folders, ii is difficult to find out or identify the specific files in the transparent bags or accommodating spaces, leading to inconvenience and waste of time. So, there is still a big room for improvement.
Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement if the an to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.
Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability afier deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The enhanced efficacy of the present invention is as follows: Based on the unique design of the present invention that the "file folder" mainly comprises a backing plate, two corrugated connection belts and several storage trays, said corrugated connection belts can be folded or unfolded, so that the file accommodating space and marking portion of the storage trays can be unfolded in an interlaced manner or overlapped; as compared with prior art, the file accommodating space and marking portion of the accommodating bag can greatly reduce the efibrts of identification and searching fbr files, thus improving the working efficiency, in the present invention, the storage trays can be unfolded in an interlaced manner or overlapped as only two corrugated connection belts arc hot-pressed onto the backing plate and the accommodating bag, so the present invention features a simple and robust structure, making it possible to minimize the fabrication difficulty and cost for higher industrial benefits and applicability.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1: an assembled perspective view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2: an exploded perspective view of the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 3: a lateral plain view of the present invention that the corrugated connection belt and accommodating bag are folded.
FIG. 4: a lateral plain view of the present invention that the corrugated connection belt and accommodating bag are unfolded.
FIG. 5: an application view of the present invention that the elastic hook rope of the backing plate is hooked onto the retainer of the extension plate.
FIG. 6: an application view of the present invention that the backing plate is extended to be mated with a lifting hook.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF TUE INVENTION
FIGS. 1 -6 depict preferred embodiments of the file folder of the present invention, which, however, are provided for only explanatory objective for patent claims; said file folder A comprises: A backing plate 10, made of a faceplate and defined into a front face 101 and a back face 102; two corrugated connection belts 20, designed into an elongated pattern consisting of a connection end 21 and an extension end 22; a plurality of folding lines 23 are arranged at intervals between the connection end 21 and extension end 22, so that the corrugated connection belt 20 can be folded or unfolded in an interlaced manner; the connection ends 21 of these two corrugated connection belts 20 are hot-pressed separately at both sidcs of the front face 101 of the backing plate 10 in a parallel state; moreover, an accommodating bag mating segment 24 and a spaced segment 25 are shaped between the folding lines 23, and the accommodating bag mating segments 24 are separated by said spaced segment 25; several storage trays 30, consisting of a file accommodating space 31 and a marking portion 32 to store and mark files; both sides of the storage trays 30 are hot-pressed onto different accommodating bag mating segments 24 of the corrugated connection beh 20; as the corrugated connection belts 20 can be folded or unfolded, the file accommodating space 31 and marking portion 32 of the accommodating bag 30 can thus be unfolded in an interlaced manner or overlapped, permitting to take out and store files very easily.
Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 5, one end of the backing plate 10 can be extended to be mated with an extension plate 33; a folding flange 34 is formed between the backing plate 10 and extension plate 33, so that the backing plate 10 and extension plate 33 can be unfolded or covered.
Referring also to FIG. 5, the backing plate 10 is provided with an elastic hook rope 35, and the extension plate 33 is provided with a retainer 36; when the storage trays 30 are folded, the backing plate 10 and the extension plate 33 arc covered by hooking the retainer 36 of the extension plate 33 with the elastic hook rope 35.
Referring to FIG. 6, the backing plate 10 can be further extended to be mated with a lifting hook 37, so that file folder A can be hooked onto an object for positioning purpose.
Based upon above-specified structural design, the present invention is operated as follows: FIG. 3 depicts a lateral plain view of the present invention when the con-ugated connection belts 20 are folded; an accommodating bag mating segment 24 and a spaced segment 25 are shaped between the folding lines 23; when the corrugated connection behs 20 are folded towards the backing plate 10 (indicated by arrow MI), the accommodating bag mating segments 24 are separated by the spaced segment 25, so that the storage trays 30 can be folded to store files easily.
FIG. 4 depicts a lateral plain view of the present invention when the corrugated connection belts are unfolded in an interlaced manner; when the corrugated connection belts 20 are unfolded (indicated by arrow M2), the storage trays 30 can be unfolded in an interlaced manner, so that the file accommodating space 31 and marking portion 32 of the storage trays 30 can also be unfolded in an interlaced manner (indicated by FIGS. 1, 2, 6), so as to identify and find out files easily. j
