Abstract

A canopy device 1 for shading a seat body 2 includes a foldable panel body 100 for shading on the seat body 2. The foldable panel body 100 includes a rear panel 11, and a front panel 12 connected to the rear panel 11 and extending toward a front side of the seat body 2. A front side of the front panel 12 is detachably connected with the seat body. Preferably a containing space is present on the rear panel 11 in which is stored the front panel 12. The containing space may have a zip 112. The infant seat may also have a handle 3. An inner panel (13, Figure 4) may be connected to the front side of the rear panel 11 which may be the inner side of the rear panel 11 with the front panel 12 connected to the outer side of the rear panel 11.

Description

CANOPY DEVICE AND INFANT SEAT
Background of the Invention
* Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a canopy device of an infant seat and the infant seat therewith, and specifically relates to a canopy device of an infant seat and the infant seat with many kinds of using modes corresponding to the different weather conditions and the environment.
2. Description of the Prior Art
A stroller facilitates parents to take their baby to go outside for shopping or walking instead of holding the baby, so as to reduce the burden on the adults. And a canopy device of the stroller is often utilized to shade the baby from sunburn as well as block sunlight so that the baby can sit or sleep comfortably.
However, the conventional canopy device of the stroller is usually only extended to a position of the baby's head, and therefore most part of the baby's body might be shined under the situation of the strong sun when the baby is sitting in the stroller. The baby's skin is so delicate and can't be exposed for a long time because the strong sunlight may burn the baby's delicate skin, and the glare of the sun also affects the baby's sleep. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an improved canopy device to overcome these defects.
Sumrrtary of: the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to provide a canopy device and an infant seat with many kinds of using modes corresponding to the different weather conditions and the environment to solve the above problems.
To achieve the abcve objectives, the present invention provides a canopy device including a foldable panel body for shading a seat body. The foldable panel body includes a rear panel, and a front panel connected to the rear panel and extending toward a front side of the seat body. A front side of the front panel is detachably connected with the seat body.
Preferably, a containing space is disposed on the rear panel, and the front panel is stored inside the containing space in a foldable manner.
Preferably, a zipper is disposed at an opening of the containing space.
Preferably, the canopy device further includes a first attachment component disposed at the front side of the front panel, and the first attachment component is detachably connected with the seat body.
Preferably, the canopy device further includes a second attachment component installed on the seat body and located in a position corresponding to the first attachment component for attaching to the first attachment component.
Preferably, the first attachment component or the second attachment component is a magnet.
Preferably, the canopy device further includes a support mechanism for mounting the foldable panel body on the seat body.
Preferably, the support mechanism includes a canopy support member and at least one canopy holder connected to at least one end of the oanopy support member, and the oanopy support member is disposed inside the rear panel for supporting the rear panel.
Preferably, the oanopy holder is detaohably coupled with the seat body, and the at least one end of the canopy support member is detachably connected to the at least one canopy holder.
Preferably, the foldable panel body further includes an inner panel connected to a front side of the rear panel.
Preferably, the inner panel is connected to an inner side of the rear panel, and the front panel is connected to an outer side of the rear panel.
To achieve the above objectives, the present invention also provides an infant seat including a seat body and a canopy device connected to the seat body. The canopy device includes a foldable panel body for shading the seat body. The foldable panel body includes a rear panel for shading a rear side of the seat body, and a front panel connected to the rear panel and extending forward to shade a front side of the seat body.
The front panel is detachably connected with the seat body.
Preferably, the seat body includes a handle, and a front side of the front panel is detachably connected to the handle.
The canopy device and the infant seat of the present invention have many kinds of using modes, so as to facilitate utilization in different weather conditions and the environment. The foldable panel body is detachably connected to the seat body. The rear panel can act as the shade or can act as the shade with the inner panel under the soft sunlight j or without sunlight. The rear panel and the front panel oan aot as the shade together under the strong sunlight to prevent the baby from sunburn and being affeoted by the glare of the sun when the baby is sleeping. And it also oan provide full shading for the infant espeoially for sunny, rainy or windy weather.

Detailed Description
Refer to the figures describing the embodiments of the present invention, and similar labels of components in the figures represent similar components. As described above, the present invention provides a canopy device and an infant seat with many kinds of using modes corresponding to the different weather conditions and the environment.
Please refer to FIG.1 and FIG.2. FIG.1 and FIG.2 are schematic drawings of an infant seat according to an embodiment of the present invention. The infant seat can be installed inside a car or /and be installed on a stroller.
The infant seat includes a canopy device 1 and a seat body 2. The canopy device 1 is used for shading the seat body 2.
The seat body 2 can be a baby carrier, and the seat body 2 includes a handle 3. The canopy device 1 includes a zipper 112 disposed at an opening of a containing space 111. As shown in FIG.1, the zipper 112 is unzipped to open the containing space 111. As shown in FIG.2, the zipper 112 is zipped up to enclose the containing space 111. The canopy device 1 includes a foldable panel body 100 for shading the seat body 2 and a support mechanism 200. The foldable panel body 100 is connected to the seat body 2 through the support mechanism 200. The foldable panel body 100 includes a rear panel 11, a front panel 12 and an inner panel 13.
Please refer to FIG.1 to FIG.5. FIG.3 is a schematic drawing of the front panel 12 extending from the rear panel 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG.4 is a schematic drawing of the inner panel 13 connected to the rear panel 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG.5 is a schematic drawing of the seat body 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The rear panel 11 is disposed at a rear side of the seat body 2. The front panel 12 is extending from the rear panel 11 and toward a front side of the seat body 2. And the front panel 12 is connected to an outer side of the rear panel 11. A front side of the front panel 12 is detachably connected with the seat body 2. The inner panel 13 is connected to a front side of the rear panel 11. The support mechanism 200 further includes a canopy support member 14 and at least one canopy holder 15.
The canopy support member 14 is disposed inside the rear panel 11 for supporting the rear panel 11. The at least one canopy holder 15 is used for removably mounting the canopy support member 14 on the seat body 2. The canopy holder 15 can be a pivotal member for pivoting the canopy support member 14 relative to the seat body 2. A hook 151 is disposed at an end of each canopy holder 15 for detachably engaging with the seat body 2.In this embodiment, the support mechanism 200 can include two canopy holders 15 respectively connected to two ends of the canopy support member 14. The two ends of the canopy support member 14 are detachably connected to the two canopy holders 15. The foldable panel body 100 further includes a window cover 16 disposed at an outer side of the rear panel 11 for covering a window on the rear panel 11. The window allows air and sunlight to pass through. As the window cover 16 is opened, air and sunlight can enter into the canopy device 1 to ensure good air ventilation.
Please refer to FIG.1 to FIG.3 and FIG.5 to FIG.7. FIG.6 is another view of the seat body 2 shown in FElLS according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG.7 is an exploded diagram of the canopy support member 14 and the two canopy holders 15 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The containing space 111 is formed on the outside of the front side of the rear panel 11. The zipper 112 is disposed at the opening of the containing space 111. In this embodiment, the zipper 112 is disposed above the rear panel 11. A rear side of the front panel 12 is connected inside the containing space 111 in a foldable manner. Side nets 121 are respectively disposed at two sides of the front panel 12 for ventilation. At least one first attachment component 122 can be disposed at the front side of the front panel 12. For example, two first attachment components 122 can be disposed at front ends of the lateral two sides of the front panel 12. The first attachment component 122 can be detachably coupled to the seat body 2. In this embodiment, the first attachment component 122 can be a south/north pole magnet. The inner panel 13 is connected to an inner side of the front side of the rear panel 11.
Please refer to FIG.l to FIG.4. The canopy device 1 further includes at least one second attachment component 211. For example, the canopy device 1 can include two second attachment components 211 installed on two sides of the front side of the seat body 2 and located in positions corresponding to the first attachment components 122 for attaching to the first attachment components 122. Each second attachment component 211 can be embedded inside the seat body 2. The second attachment component 211 and the first attachment component 122 can be magnets with different magnetic poles, and the second attachment component 211 and the first attachment component 122 can be detachably coupled with each other by magnetic attraction accordingly, so that the front side of the front panel 12 is detachably connected to the front side of the seat body 2.
Please refer to FIG.2 to FIG.4. The canopy device 1 can include three using modes, so as to facilitate utilization on different weather conditions and the environment. In a first using mode, the rear panel 11 can act as a shade, and the rear panel 11 is disposed at the rear side of the seat body 2 so as to shade the baby's head as the baby is sitting on the seat body 2. The rear panel 11 is removably connected to the rear side of the seat body 2, and the rear panel 11 can be used under the soft sunlight or without sunlight, so that the baby can have a wide view to see the surrounding environment. In a second using mode, the rear panel 11 and the front panel 12 can act as the shade together. For second using mode, it is needed to unzip the zipper 112 to pull the front panel 12 out from the containing space 111 and to extend the front panel 12 forward so that each first attachment component 122 is attached to the second attachment component 211. At that time, the front panel 12 is positioned above the baby's body as the baby is sitting on the seat body 2. Thus, the rear panel 11 and the front panel 12 can provide the function of shading the baby. When the sunlight is strong, the front panel 12 can prevent the baby from sunburn and being affected by the glare of the sun when the baby is sleeping.
Besides, it can provide full shading for the infant especially for sunny, rainy or windy weather. There is still an open space between the front side of the front panel 12 and the seat body 2 SO as to provide air ventilation. When not in use, the front panel 12 can be completely received inside the containing space 111 in a foldable manner, and then the zipper 112 is zipped to enclose the containing space 111. In a third mode, the rear panel 11 and the inner panel 13 can act as the shade together. For using the inner panel 13, it is needed to pull the inner panel 13 out, and the inner panel 13 has an angle relative to the rear panel 11. The inner panel 13 is arranged with the rear panel 11 to properly block the top sunlight.
The inner panel 13 can be used under the soft or not strong sunlight, for preventing the baby from sunburn or hurting eyes.
When not in use, the inner panel 13 can be folded and received underneath the front side of the rear panel 11.
Please refer to FilLS. FIG.S is a schematic drawing of the infant seat according to another embodiment of the present

invention. At least one attachment tab 17 is disposed at the front side of the front panel 12 and is detachably connected to the handle 3. In this embodiment, the attachment tab 17 can be a hook to buckle with the handle 3. An angle between the front panel 12 and the seat body 2 can be adjusted by the handle 3, SO as to extend the front panel 12 connected to the handle 3 in different positions.
In addition, the first attachment component 122 can be a magnet and the second attachment component 211 can be an iron component, or the first attachment component 122 can be an iron component and the second attachment component 211 can be a magnet according to another embodiment of the present invention, so that the first attachment component 122 and the second attachment component 211 can attract with each other.
The combination mechanism of the first attachment component 122 and the second attachment component 211 is not limited to the above-mentioned magnetic attraction. For example, the first attachment component 122 and the second attachment component 211 can engage or adhere with each other. The mechanism of fixing the front side of the front panel 12 on the seat body 2 is within the scope of the present invention.
Compared to the prior art, the canopy device and the infant seat of the present invention have many kinds of using modes, so as to facilitate utilization in different weather conditions and the environment. The foldable panel body is detachably connected to the seat body. The rear panel can act as the shade or can act as the shade with the inner panel under the soft sunlight or without sunlight. The rear panel and the front panel can act as the shade together under the strong sunlight to prevent the baby from sunburn and being affected by the glare of the sun when the baby is sleeping. And it also can provide full shading for the infant especially for sunny, rainy or windy weather.
Those skilled in the art will readily observe that numerous modifications and alterations of the device and method may be made while retaining the teachings of the invention.
Accordingly, the above disclosure should be construed as limited only by the metes and bounds of the appended claims.

Claims (18)

  1. Claims Wha.t is ciaimed is: 1. A canopy device for a seat body, comprising: a foldable panel body for shading the seat body, the foldable panel body comprising: a rear panel; and a front panel connected to the rear panel and extending toward a front side of the seat body, and a front side of the front panel being detachably connected with the seat body.
  2. 2. The canopy device of claim 1, wherein a containing space is disposed on the rear panel and the front panel is stored inside the containing space in a foldable manner.
  3. 3. The canopy device of claim 2, wherein a zipper is disposed at an opening of the containing space.
  4. 4. The canopy device of claim 1, further comprising a first attachment component disposed at the front side of the front panel, and the first attachment component being detachably coupled to the seat body.
  5. 5. The canopy device of claim 4, further comprising a second attachment component installed on the seat body and located in a position corresponding to the first attachment component for attaching to the first attachment component.
  6. 6. The canopy device of claim 5, wherein the first attachment component or the second attachment component is a magnet.
  7. 7. The canopy device of one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a support mechanism for mounting the foldable panel body on the seat body.
  8. 8. The canopy device of claim 7, wherein the support mechanism comprises a canopy support member and at least one canopy holder connected to at least one end of the canopy support member, and the canopy support member is disposed inside the rear panel for supporting the rear panel.
  9. 9. The canopy device of claim 8, wherein the canopy holder is detachably coupled with the seat body, and the at least one end of the canopy support member is detachably connected to the at least one canopy holder.
  10. 10. The canopy device of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the foldable panel body further comprises an inner panel connected to a front side of the rear panel.
  11. 11. The canopy device of claim 10, wherein the inner panel is connected to an inner side of the rear panel, and the front panel is connected to an outer side of the rear panel.
  12. 12. An infant seat, comprising: a seat body; and a canopy device connected to the seat body, and the canopy device comprising: a foldable panel body for shading the seat body, the foldable panel body comprising: a rear panel for shading a rear side of the seat body; and a front panel connected to the rear panel and extending forward to shade a front side of the seat body, the front panel being detachably connected with the seat body.
  13. 13. The infant seat of claim 12, wherein a containing space is disposed on a front side of the rear panel, and the front panel is oonneoted inside the oontaining spaoe in a foldable manner.
  14. 14. The infant seat of olaim 12, wherein the foldable panel body further oomprises an inner panel oonneoted to a front side of the rear panel.
  15. 15. The infant seat of olaim 14, wherein the inner panel is oonneoted to an inner side of the rear panel, and the front panel is oonneoted to an outer side of the rear panel.
  16. 16. The infant seat ofolaiml2, wherein the seatbodycomprises a handle, and a front side of the front panel is detaohably oonneoted to the handle.
  17. 17. The infant seat of olaim 12, wherein the oanopy device further oomprises: a first attaohment component disposed at a front side of the front panel; and a seoond attaohment component boated in a position corresponding to the first attachment oomponent and installed on the front side of the seat body, and the first attaohment oomponent and the seoond attaohment oomponent being detaohably attaohed to each other so that the front side of the front panel is connected to the front side of the seat body to shade the front side of the seat body.
  18. 18. The infant seat of claim 17, wherein the first attachment component or the second attachment component is a magnet.
