Background of the Invention
[21 The present invention relates to a Bluetooth transmission home call centre that is particularly designed to be a touch screen handset to be used for the purpose of answering calls and messages through its loud speaker.
[31 Bluetooth transmission devices used for the purposes of detecting telephone signals are known in the art. Touch screen handsets that are used for the quick navigation through a handset display are also known in the art.
[4] For Example, US2007049255 to Bhakta et al discloses a call notification system registering mobile devices located within the boundary of the area it serves, coupling to the mobile devices using a short range communication technology such as Bluetooth.
Upon detecting an incoming call, the mobile device alerts the notification system after a predetermined number of rings. After a predetermined number of rings the notification system, in turn, presents an incoming call notification using visual cues or audio cues to catch the user's attention.
[5] Furthermore, CN2857388 to Zhang discloses a Bluetooth earphone with a voice incoming phone prompt, the earphone includes antenna and the Bluetooth module connected with the antenna, it also includes a sequential series connected voice module, magnify circuit and a speaker, the stated voice module is connected with the Bluetooth module.
[6] Furthermore, TW294794 to Tsai discloses a a Bluetooth cordless phone, which comprises: a Bluetooth base set that has a main body; and a Bluetooth remote set that may be separately disposed on the main body. Wherein, the main body comprises a compartment, a first opening, a second opening, and a third opening. A printed circuit board (P08) is disposed inside the compartment, and the PCB further comprises at least a Bluetooth module and a hook that is exposed to the first opening. The Bluetooth remote set comprises at least a main body, a Bluetooth module, a microphone, a speaker, a battery, and a TALK button. When the Bluetooth cordless phone is being used, first the Bluetooth remote set is disposed in the main body of the Bluetooth base set for pairing. Once there is an incoming call, the user can press the TALK button such that the Bluetooth base set can control and cut off the hook in order to receive the incoming call.
[7] Furthermore, EP189O468 to Janssen discloses a method for pairing a wireless baby phone with at least one electronic device, particularly with a mobile telephone, whereby the baby phone has a dial-in functionality to allow electronic device to communicate with the baby phone, receiving a call of the at least one electronic device, extracting the caller line identification of the received call, storing the caller line identification into a storage device of the baby phone and pairing the baby phone with the at least one electronic device using the stored caller line identification. The invention relates further to a wireless baby phone for pairing the wireless baby phone with at least one electronic device, particularly with a mobile telephone, and to a system comprising an inventive wireless baby phone and at least one electronic device, particularly a mobile telephone.
[8] Furthermore, t3S2008l0l588 to Bruce et al discloses a method and system receiving an incoming call including caller identification information at an input responsive to a network. An audio alert and display information associated with the incoming call are sent to a multimedia device.
Brief Snmmary arid Advantages of the Invention [9] The preceding demonstrates the practical purpose served by a Bluetooth signal detecting home kit that notifies the user of incoming calls and messages through a series of methods of alert from its integrated loudspeaker to its customisable rings whilst providing a touch screen navigation screen.
[10] It would be advantageous for the Home Kit interface to consist of a touch screen to enable the quick and simplistic navigation through the device.
[11] It would be advantageous for the device to distinguish between call and text messages received by the output of a different ring tone enable the user to indentify the call or text message.
[12] It would be advantageous for the device to display a back light upon receiving a text message, voicemail or call as a further method of alerting the user.
[13] It would be advantageous for the device to have a caller display on the main screen to allow the user to identify the origin of the call.
[14] It would be advantageous for the Bluetooth transmitter to detect all telephone devices in range and further allowing the user to select the phone that they would like to use.
[15] It would be advantageous for the Bluetooth Home Kit to feature a contact list to be displayed on the home screen as well as to allow for the caller identification.
[16] It would be preferable to allow for the caller to have the option of whether to connect or reject the call by simply touching the yes or no option on the main screen when a call is received.
[17] It would be preferable for the device to display the date and time on the touch screen when it is not in use.

[18] The components of the invention will now be described by referring to the accompanying drawings; [19] Figure 1 displays the front view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [20] Figure 2 displays the left hand side view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [21] Figure 3 displays the right hand side view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [22] Figure 4 displays the top view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [23] Figure 5 displays the rear view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [24] Figure 6 displays the front isometric view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [25] Figure 7 displays the rear isometric view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [26] Figure 8 displays the bottom view of the Bluetooth Home Kit [27] Figure 9 displays the exploded view of the Bluetooth Home Kit
Detailed Description of the Invention
[28] A Bluetooth Home Kit comprising touch screen, case, top body, internal electronic components, speaker, LED ring with case, bottom body, rubber pads.
[29] The Bluetooth Home Kit of figure 4 which displays the detection of the short range telephone signal received from its inbuilt adapter is shown upon the square glass touch screen (1.1) located at the top surface of the home kit.
[30] The square glass touch screen (1.1) is edged by a square aluminium casing surrounding (figure 9 1.2) the outer sides of the touch screen.
[31] The acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastic top body of the device (figure 3, 1.i; provides an outer shield to the aluminium casing (1.2) and the glass touch screen (1.1) with its square boxed thick rim, edging the external and internal components of the home kit. The top body of the home kit has perforated holes on both left and right hand sides (figure 2) , (figure 3) which enhances the audibility of the devices ringer upon receipt of a telephone call or message, this enables the functioning of the loudspeaker.
[32] The internally located electronic components (figure 9, 1.4)sit within the top body of the home kit upon a motherboard enabling the functioning of the device providing the display of callers, messages and voicemails received by the home kit as well as carrying out the commands when pressing upon the options displayed by the glass touch screen (1.1) such as the options of accepting or rejecting a call, storing the callers details or the display of the time and date upon the screen when the communication device is not in use.
[33] Beneath the electronic components located on the motherboard is the circular speaker (figure 9, 1.5) which enables the transmission of sound upon the home kit receiving a call or message as well as transmitting the caller or message ring tones as a mode of alerting the user of any incoming communications.
[34] The circular hollow light emitting diode ring (figure 8, 1.6) functions as a backlight whereby its circular hoop shaped illumination acts as a notification to the user of when a call or message is received by transmitting the light. The LED ring is located beneath the speaker (1.5) and is seen emanating from the base of the home kit device which is further protecting by a circular casing mounted upon its underside (figure 8).
[35] At the base of the device is a square shaped bottom body (figure 8, 1.7) which acts as a protective casing to the internal components of the device from its underside. The bottom casing is connected to the squared top body (1.3) by the interlocking of its slightly raised trapeze shaped panel figure 6, 1.7) at the front side of the home kit device. The bottom body also exposes a circular hole at its centre (figure 6) to allow for the display of the LED ring.
[361 The bottom body (1.7) is slightly raised when placed down upon a surface by four small circular rubber pads (figure 6, 1.8) that are placed at the edges of each of the four corners of the bottom body of the device which allows for the grip of the device upon a surface as well as allowing for the LED ring backlight display (1.6) to be seen from the underside of the device as a further method of notification of communication to the user.
