Abstract

A brake disc protector is provided to cover a disk on a mountain bike or off-road motorcycle during cleaning and lubricating. First and second ring-shaped sections are connected around their respective outside diameters and the resulting cover may be placed over the disc to protect it from chain oil or other maintenance sprays. The disc protector may include an overlapping section.
