Abstract
This invention relates to an anti-siphon blowing balloon for removing dust from surfaces. The balloon comprises a sphere 1 and a bubble tube 2, The front of sphere 1 is equipped with an air vent 11 while the back is equipped with a one-way air inlet valve 12. The bubble tube 2 is equipped with air blown through-hole 21, and the back end of the bubble tube 2 joins coordinate with the air vent 11 of the sphere 1. Inside the bubble tube 2 is set with a one-way air control valve, The one-way air control valve includes cylindrical cavity (22, fig 2), which set in the bubble tube 2 and with a diameter that bigger than air blown through-hole 21, and a valve plate (23, fig 2), which set in the cylindrical cavity (22, fig 2) and with a diameter that bigger than air blown through-hole 21 and less than the diameter of cylindrical cavity (22, fig 2). The valve plate (23, fig 2) is able to follow the cylindrical cavity (22, fig 2) with an axial movement. The back end of valve plate (23, fig 2) coordinates gas-tight when the sphere is squeezed and compressed with the air blown through-hole 21 in the back end of cylindrical cavity (22, fig 2), while the front end of the valve plate 23 coordinates ventilated with the air blown through-hole 21 in the front end of cylindrical cavity 22. After finishing blowing, once the sphere is released, the sphere 1 will inhale fresh air from the one-way valve 12, so that it is able to avoid the second contamination of the cleaning stuffs, and prolong the life-span of the blowing balloon.
Description
An anti-siphon blowing balloon This invention relates to a sanitary blowing balloon, especially an anti-siphon blowing balloon.
The electronic products such as photography equipment or computer apparatus often require cleansing in using or maintenance for the main purpose of clear way of the dust in the skin-deep. The blowing balloon is the common simple cleaning tool. Currently, the common blowing balloon is mainly includes sphere and the bubble tube that assorted with the sphere, then by extruding the sphere to clean by air blowing.
However, in the air blowing process of cleaning, the blowing balloon is inclined to inhale the dust from the air blowing, which will make a second contamination when re-extrude the blowing balloon for cleaning. In the long-term use, the accumulation of dust in the sphere and air blown tube will influence the life-span of the blowing balloon.
Aiming at the shortcomings above in existing technology, this invention is to provide an anti-siphon blowing balloon that is able to prevent air blown port from re-inhaling of the contaminated air.
To achieve the objective above, this invention adopts the following technical solution: An anti-siphon blowing balloon includes a sphere and a bubble tube; in the front of sphere is equipped with an air vent, and at the back end is equipped with a one-way air inlet valve; the bubble tube is equipped with air blown through-hole, and the back end of the bubble tube joins coordinate with the air vent of the sphere, inside the bubble tube is set with a one-way air control valve, characterized in that the one-way air control valve includes cylindrical cavity, which set in the bubble tube and with a diameter that bigger than air blown through-hole, and a valve plate, which set in the cylindrical cavity and with a diameter that bigger than air blown through-hole and less than the diameter of cylindrical cavity; the valve plate is able to follow the cylindrical cavity with an axial movement, and the back end of valve plate coordinates gas-tight with the air blowing through-hole in the back end of cylindrical cavity, while the front end of the valve plate coordinates ventilated with the air blown through-hole in the front end of cylindrical cavity.
The foresaid bubble tube includes a fixing part that joins coordinate with air vent of the sphere and blown nozzle that joins coordinate with fixing part, and the fixing part is set with a hollow cylindrical salient, while thc bubble tube is sct with a groove that coordinates groove joint with the cylindrical salient; at the bottom of the groove is set with cylindrical lug boss that arranged at intervals around the air blown through-hole, and with groove joint of bubble tube and fixing part, comes into being of cylindrical cavity inside the groove, and the valve plate is set within the cylindrical cavity and able to move in axial direction.
The foresaid interval arrangement of cylindrical lug boss and groove wall forms the annular groove, within where set with the lateral wall of hollow cylindrical cavity.
The foresaid the back-end of cylindrical cavity is plane, the front end is set with a salient whose end face is plane and at the side face is set with an interspace that connects the air blown through-hole, and both side of valve plate is plane.
The foresaid salient includes several cylindrical salient with interval arrangement.
The foresaid anti-siphon blowing balloon characterized in that the valve plate is made with the material of ABS.
By adopting the above structure, after finishing a blowing by the anti-siphon blowing balloon of this invention, the sphere will inhale fresh air from the one-way valve at the back end and prevent the air blown tube from re-inhaling the floating dust in the first blowing, and enable to avoid the second contamination of the cleaning stuffs as well as the entrance of dust to sphere or air blown tube, and prolong the life-span of the blowing balloon.
Fig. 1 is the whole structure figure of the invention; Fig. 2 is the zoom view figure of the bubble tube of the invention; Fig.3 is the zoom view figure of the end of air vent of the invention; Fig. 4 is the structure figure of the fixing part of bubble tube of the invention.
Further explanation to the invention will be stated below combining with the attached figures and the mode of carrying out the invention: As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig.4, An anti-siphon blowing balloon includes a sphere 1 and a bubble tube 2. In the front of sphere is equipped with an air vent 11, and at the back end is equipped with a one-way air inlet valve 12. The bubble tube 2 includes a fixing part 24 that joins coordinate with air vent 11 of the sphere 1 and blown nozzle 25 that joins coordinate with fixing part. The bubble tube is equipped with air blown through-hole 21.
The fixing part 24 is set with a hollow cylindrical salient 26. Bubble tube 25 is set with a groove 27 that coordinates groove joint with the cylindrical salient 26. At the bottom of the groove 27 is set with cylindrical lug boss 28 that arranged at intervals around the air blown through-hole. The cylindrical lug boss 28 and groove wall 27 forms the annular groove, within where set with the lateral wall of hollow cylindrical salient 26.
With groove joint of bubble tube 25 and fixing part 24, forms the cylindrical cavity 22 that is homocentric with the air blown through-hole 21. The diameter of the cylindrical cavity 22 is bigger than air blown through-hole 21. The end of cylindrical cavity 22 that locates in the fixing part is plane. The valve plate 23 is made with the material of ABS, with a diameter that bigger than the aperture of air blown through-hole 21 and less than the diameter of cylindrical cavity 22. The valve plate 23 is set within the cylindrical cavity 22 and more in axial direction. The valve plate 23 moves to the end of cylindrical cavity 22 and covers up the air blown through-hole 21 and coordinates gas-tight with the air blowing through-hole 21, while the valve plate 23 moves to the front of cylindrical cavity 22 and covers the cylindrical salient, which enables the air to enter into the air blown through-hole 21 by the interspace of the salient.
In addition, the section of the cylindrical cavity of this invention could be round or other polygons.
The embodiments described above are provided by way of examples only, and various other modifications wifi be apparent to persons skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
