Seats, disposition of.-The fastening device for the emergency door 2 of a vehicle is normally intended to be operated from the inside of the vehicle only but access can be obtained from the outside in cases of emergency by breaking an easily frangible panel s or by movement of a sliding panel. Access to the door and passage therethrough from the interior of the vehicle is normally obstructed by a portion v of a seat which is readily removable in emergencies.
