A mobile phone contains text to speech and/or speech to text conversion facilities such that a receiving phone can receive a text message outputted as voice and vice versa.

Description I Concept:
I would like to patent worldwide (if this is not possible then areas that would be possible to patent) the following concept.
The concept: TALK TO TEXT The concept is to make mobile telephone calls so that the receiving mobile telephone is able to receive the voice messages re configured in to text message format.
The Reverse Concept: TEXT TO TALK The reverse concept is to send text messages so that the receiving mobile telephone is able to receive the text messages re configured in to voice message format.
The many benefits: THE BENEFITS Safety and ease.
Simplicity.
Aids for blind / disabled I deaf/ infirm people etc. Military.
Security.
