Abstract

The invention discloses an access control arrangement for leased property having a locking mechanism being adapted to restrict access to a property. A control unit operatively joined to the locking mechanism, for causing locking and unlocking thereof. The control unit is activated to unlock the locking mechanism after a lessee enters a lease agreement with a lessor and after a rent is pre-paid by the lessee. The locking mechanism is automatically locked by the control unit after the lease agreement is terminated or after the rent is depleted.
