Abstract

A commercial vehicle is provided with a windscreen which extends around the driver's offside corner so as to be substantially L-shaped. The windscreen may also extend further towards the ground on the offside corner, thus improving visibility for the driver. As a result of the shape of the windscreen the passenger door is moved further towards the rear of the vehicle cab and an adjacent mirror is attached at a lower than normal location. The vehicle may be left or right-hand-drive. Also disclosed are details of an axle arrangement for a vehicle trailer, a trailer mounted crane, the construction of a residential building and a microwaveable meal.

Description

Description

This might look like a normal drawing of a wagon, but the axle with the arrow, would be placed on the trailor not the wagon, some container wagons do have another 2 axles in the middle of the trailor so they can carry over 44 tons from ports, which they are aload to do.

My drawing shows of a 2 axied unit, therefore it would b able to carry more diesel and still have a gross weight to still carry 44 tons.

The water tower or dry house, you would have a toilet and a kitchen both down stairs, and both on the left and very well seperated from each another, so they don't spread germs. If either hot water or cold water were to burst or blow up they would not affect anything in the house. They would just end up in the soakaway below, so not to endanger people or ther contents. Two years ago a friend of mine went to Cornwall, and before he got there one of his relations down there was killed by the Hot water tank bursting, and she was lying below the tank in her bedroom. She was only nine years old.

How about the microwave able breakfast every thing in one box all you need is one fresh egg, to add halfway through, or maybe two eggs.

And a container to carry your eggs in specially made.

Handy for motorway services, building sites, offices,-canteens, any where there is a Microwave.

This is just something I thought of when a friend of mine was hit by a HIAB crane, when it came off a trailor and hit him in his own wagon. If the crane was put in round the chassis, it would not be able to go anywhere.

Luckerly my friend got back to work after one year. 1.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a unique new product concept to the field of automotive design. Called L-Screen, the concept calls for the tnodification of the cab area of large commercial vehicles to provide drivers with a better view to the offside.

L-Screen is intended to provide those who drive large vehicles, such as the tractors used to pull trailers, with a fuller view of the area to the driver's offside. This would be achieved through the redesign of the windscreen such that, rather than only running from the side corner posts of the cab's frame, it would be formed in an L-shape such that it would extend around the corner to the driver's offside. The screen would also continue down to a lower point along the offside thus further expanding the driver's view. The mirrors on the offside of the vehicle would be positioned at both lower and higher points along the side to provide an ample view of the area behind the cab. This redesign would necessitate moving the passenger side door toward the rear of the cab and would also require moving the passenger seat such that it would be positioned under the sleeping berth.

With this arrangement, those who drive large commercial vehicles would be better able to see obstacles along the vehicle's offside. For example, on right-hand drive vehicles such as those used in the UK, +ie expanded windscreen area would be positioned to the driver's left. For vehicles intended for use in countries that maintain a left-hand drive system, the expanded area woi'ld be located to the driver's right. This COnfiguration should help reduce the risk of accidents that can be caused by the inability of a driver operating a large vehicle to see what it along the vehicle's offside.

L-Screen delivers a clear safety benefit and will have considerable appeal to a substantial market.

Upon completion of a licensing agreement, we have the resources available to prepare a comprehensive and targeted advertising campaign. This includes, at no cost to you, the production of studio-qualiry broadcast-ready television and radio commercials plus the design of a professional four-colour magazine or newspaper layout. Where appropriate, we can assist in the design of product packaging and in-store displays.

This innovative concept is being offered for licensing to an appropriate manufacturer. The drawing following illustrates the specifics of L-Screen's design and appearance. To discuss a licensing agreement, please contact us at the address shown on the front.

It suddenly came to me one day that my and others vision was'nt as good as it should be and this is due to the front and left of the wagon and this is why I came up with the bent glass windscreen(L Screen) it would give me more out look and would help me see and if every wagon had it they would not have blind spots which are what we all have at the moment you would be able to see what is in front of you and what is on your left hand side reducing accidents I see accidents every week mostly from foreign drivers that have no vision on the rite hand side they pull out to overtake and don't see the car on there blind spot and run it off the road and resulting in the car being smashed up the glass would be bent on the drivers left handside and a lot lower than the usual screens of today and the door would be at the back left of the wagon
