Abstract

An improved stand structure 3 which attaches beneath a bottom board of a table or stool 21. The stand is screw connected with the bottom board, and comprises two connecting plates 31 and 32 each of which has support legs 33. The two connecting plates each have a flat plate 311 and 321 and a table-flap 312 and 322 that insert symmetrically and mutually and are connected together using symmetrical screw holes 36 on the table-flap and flat plate to lock the plates together. The stand can be separated into two parts to reduce packaging material and be convenient for transport and warehouse. The stool seat may rotate on a turntable 42 and 43.

Description

AN IMPROVED STAND STRUCTURE

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1) Field of the Invention

This invention relates to an improved stand structure, which indicates stand for table or stool that the splitting assembled two connecting plates are fixed at top of it, so, this stand can be folded in splitting so as to save package materials, convenient to assemble. Therefore, it is a creative and new technique of stand for table and stool.

2) Description of the Prior Art

Please refer to Fig. 1, it is the sketch map of common stool 1, which is composed of stand 11 and stool seat 12, wherein stand 11 is comprised by several support racks 111, top end of support rack 111 is welded with bottom of board 112 so that this board 112 is directly or indirectly connected with bottom board 121 of stool seat (namely, rotating seat is fixed between bottom board 121 of stool seat 12) so as to make stand 11, but its shortage are as follows: Because these support racks 111 are arranged in circle with same length and welded with bottom of board 112, so, the circle-arranged stand 11 may be packed with large quantity of material and be fluffy, also it may occupy room so that it is inconvenient to warehouse, transport and has less economic effectiveness.

Thereby, the inventor and the furniture producer recognized above said shortages, they have been striving for the solutions. This invention is invented and effectively improved above said shortages after a long period of development, improvement, testing, sampling and molding.

SUMARY OF THE INVENTION

Key purpose of this invention is to provide an improved stand structure, which pivots a stand beneath bottom board of table or stool, its features are as follows: board of stand is screw-connected with bottom board that fastens several racks with two connecting rods, wherein these two connecting plates are fastened with support rack in the same side of bottom, and another side is fastened with one flat plate and one tableflap, so, these two connecting plates are fastened with flat plate and table-flap that can insert symmetrically and mutually, meanwhile, symmetrical screw holes are made on table-flap and flat plate of the inserted connecting plates so as to lock it up with the lock screws, so, the stand can be separated into two parts, thereby, it will save package materials, convenient to warehouse and transport.

Second purpose of this invention is to provide an improved stand structure, wherein board of stand is directly pivoted with bottom of table or stool, or fix a rotating seat between board of stand and table or bottom board of stool so that this table or stool seat can rotate as required.

Third purpose of this invention is to provide an improved stand structure, wherein the circle-shaped support rack connecting with bottom of these two connecting plates shall be symmetrical or non-symmetrical.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PERFERRED EMBODIMENT

Please refer to drawings of this invention, it is an improved stand structure, which pivots a stand 3 beneath bottom board 21 of table or stool 2, its features are as follows: board3O of stand 3 is screw-connected with bottom board that fastens several support racks33 with two connecting plates3 1, 32, wherein these two connecting plates3 1,32 are fastened with support rack 33 in the same side of bottom, and another side is fastened with flat plate 311,321 and table-flap 312,322, so, these two connecting plates3 1, 32 are fastened with flat plate 311 and table-flap 322 that can insert symmetrically and mutually, meanwhile, symmetrical screw holes 36 are made on table-flap 312,322 and flat plate 311, 321 of the inserted connecting plates3 1,32, so as to lock it up with the lock screws 37, so, the stand 3 can be separated into two parts, thereby, it will save package materials, convenient to warehouse and transport.

Second, board 30 of stand 3 is directly pivoted with bottom of table (as shown in Fig.5), or fix a rotating seat 4 between board 30 of stand 3 and table or bottom board 21 of stool so that this table or stool seat can rotate as required. Of which, rotating seat 4 is composed of central shaft 41, upper turntable 42 and lower turntable 43 (shown as Fig.3). It is hereby specially indicated.

Third, the circle-shaped support rack 33 connecting with bottom of these two connecting plates3 1, 32 shall be symmetrical or non-symmetrical, which should support table or stool stably.

And then please refer to Fig.4, these two connecting plates3 1,32 and support rack 33 of stand 3 in this invention shall be arranged in horizontal direction after dismantlement, or should be folded in vertical and placed in extending, therefore, it will not occupy room.

To sum up all above said descriptions, the improved stand structure of this invention, wherein the common single plate fixed on top of board of stand is changed into screw-connected and combined connecting plates, this structure is creative and practical, and also save large quantity of package material, it is therefore convenient to warehouse and transport. 2. As claimed in claim 1, it is an improved stand structure, wherein board of stand is directly pivoted with bottom of table or stool, or fix a rotating seat between board of stand and table or bottom board of stool so that this table or stool seat can rotate as required.
3. As claimed in claim 1, it is an improved stand structure, wherein the circle-shaped support rack connecting with bottom of these two connecting plates shall be symmetrical or non-symmetrical.
