Abstract
A tethered spinning toy consists of a wheel or disc, comprising two halves screwed together, attached at either side to a length of string. A 'chip' may be placed between the two screwed-together halves, for the purposes of making sound. Different 'chips' may be used to produce different sounds. A user holds the lengths of string at their free ends, and rotates the wheel or disc so as to wind it up. When the wheel or disc is released it rotates. The wheel or disc and the string may be made glowable for night effects.

HOW IT WORKS

It will continue to spin as long as you keep pulling in the outwards motion. It will beveryajsngbeeasoonasitsiartstospinitwillbemakingdiffezentlightafld sounds, which is where the different chips come into action it:-just change your chips for that different light and sound mode. As soon as the wheel is spinning it will catty on spinning until you want it to stop. This toy is very affordable, practical, child friendly with a low cost but great amusement for kids aged 5-15 years and maybe even older. 4 4 -fl
TECHNICALITIES
The only technicality is there aren't any" Because train when ynu pull baib strings holding with your fingers in the finger loop for easy management the wheel is going to spin, just as long as the two strings are entwined together.

Claims (4)
1. A wheel with two sides connect by screwing one side to the other, this include a chip in the middle and string running through both sides and chip.
2. A wheel as claimed in CLAIM 1 where chip is attached to the middle and hold in place by both sides of the wheel.
3. A wheel as claimed in CLAIM 2 where chips are made with different edges for sound effects and not on the same level as the outer sides of wheel.
4. A wheel as claimed in CLAIM 3 where chips are made with a spilt across it's diameter for easy access to the string and wheels.
