Abstract

The assembly comprises a manually movable body 21 with an outlet nozzle and a communicating tubular portion 212 carrying a tubular piston 24 at one end. The body slides relative to a further body 23 attachable to a container for, e.g. perfume or lotion, the tubular portion 212 sliding within a tubular part 234 of the body 23. A return spring 22 surrounds the portion 212 and part 234 so that it does not lie in the liquid flow path to avoid contamination. A tube 25 extends within the portion 212 and has a radially outward end flange 251 contactable by the piston 24. The tube 25 accepts a rod 261 of a valve 26 comprising a body with two formations 263, 2621 for contacting respective seats 271, 272 of a hollow extension 27 of the further body 23 to define respective chambers for staged supply of liquid when the body 21 is manually pressed.

Description

A STRUCTURE FOR GREEN NOZZLE
Background of the Invention
(a). Field of the Invention:
The current invention relates to a structure for green nozzle, it specifically relates to a structure where the liquid such as lotion or perfume in the container will not be in contact with the metallic material component so that material change won't happen and environmental issue is taken care, through the simplest component and assembly to achieve the ejection function of lotion or perfume from the container.
(b) Description of the Related Art:
In the prior art nozzle I structure, as shown in figure 1, comprising of a pressing body 11, tooth coverl2, tube 13, tube cover 14, base tube 15, spring 16, steel ball 17 and cylinder body 18, wherein the tube 13 penetrates the slot hole 121 at the center of the tooth cover 12, make the upper part of the tube 13 be connected to the pressing body 11 and make the lower end of the tube 13 be covered by a base tube 15, at the two sides of the outer edge of the base tube 15 are installed with corresponding small holes 151 for the penetration of liquids such as lotion or perfume into the base tube 15 and is covered by the tube cover 14, moreover, the bottom of the base tube 15 is a solid disc, then insert the steel ball 17 into the cylinder body 18, the hole of the cylinder body 18 shrinks from the top to the bottom so that the lower hole diameter of the cylinder body 18 is smaller than the diameter of the steel ball 17, then place the spring 16 on top of the steel ball 17, finally, the upper edge opening of the cylinder body 18 is inserted to the bottom edge of the slot hole 121 of the tooth cover 12 so that the bottom of the base tube 15 seal and press the spring 16, moreover, the lower end of the cylinder body 18 is connected to a straw 19.
From the above descriptions, the user first press on the pressing body 11 to let the air in the container immediately eject from the nozzle opening 111 of the pressing body 11, in the mean time, the siphon effect will bring the liquids such as lotion or perfume from the straw 19 with the air into the cylinder body 18, at this moment, due to the spring force of the spring 16, the bottom of the tube base 15 will press on the steel ball 17 and the steel ball 17 will block the hole of the cylinder body 18, furthermore, make a gap be generated between the tube base 15 and tube cover 14 and make the lotion or perfume contained in the cylinder body 18 can go along the space of the gap to the small holes 151 on the two sides of the outer edges of the base tube 15 and penetrate into the base tube 15, then through the tube 13, the lotion or perfume will be ejected along with air out from the nozzle opening 111 of the pressing body 11, when the pressing body 11 is let go, the liquids such as lotion or perfume remained in the cylinder body 18 will then go back to the container.
Continued from the above descriptions, in the prior art structure for nozzle 1, although the function of the ejection of lotion or perfume still can be reached, there are so many components which creates the assembly and disassembly difficulty, and the economy and utility effectiveness is thus reduced; furthermore, because the spring 16, steel ball 17 are made up of metallic material and are installed inside the cylinder body 18, they could cause chemical change for the lotion and perfume in the container, which in turn could harm the consumers, if the chemically changed lotion or perfume are dumped away, they will cause environmental contamination due to difficulty in dilution and recycling.
Therefore, to solve the drawback and inconvenience in the prior art nozzle, the inventor of the current invention thus developed a more practical structure for green nozzle which can have a more wide-spread use in the industry and take into account environmental issue as well
Summary of the Invention
The current invention comprising mainly of pressing body, fixing cover, piston, connecting rod, switch valve, cylinder, wherein on one side of the pressing body is installed horizontally with nozzle, in addition, at one end of the nozzle is installed vertically with output tube to be enclosed by a spring body, the spring body is installed at the round dented surface on top of the fixing cover, in addition, at the appropriate center of the round dented surface is installed with holes, the lower part of the hole is installed with small rod so that the output tube can penetrate and be inserted into the upper edge of the piston, moreover, the lower part of the fixing cover is a round rod which is installed at the opening of the container, then make the connecting rod penetrate from the bottom to the top to the piston hole installed on the piston and be connected to the output tube of the pressing body, furthermore, make the protruding edge at the bottom of the connecting rod touch the dented edge of the piston, then insert the valve rod installed in the switch valve into the connecting rod from the bottom to the top, make the output tube, piston, connecting rod and switch valve of the pressing body be assembled and installed in the upper cylinder room installed in the cylinder, and make the valve body installed on the switch body be placed inside the lower cylinder room installed in the cylinder, therefore, when the valve moves up and down, some locking pieces installed at the appropriate locations of the edge of the valve body will touch the protruding upper locking piece installed inside the cylinder, and the bottom of the cylinder body touch the protruding lower locking piece inside the cylinder.
The main purpose of the current invention is to install the spring body above the fixing cover, in addition, it is a design without steel ball, it let the liquids such as lotion or perfume not contact the component of metallic material, therefore, no material chemical change will happen and environmental issue can be ignored.
The second purpose of the current invention is to use a simplest component and assembly to achieve the ejection effect of lotion or perfume from the container.

Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiment
To facilitate the further understanding of the functions, structure and features of the current invention by the examiners, a better embodiment of the current invention is described in the following accompanied with detailed drawings: Please refer to figure 2 and figure 3 first, it is an assembly and decomposition stereo drawing of the current invention, the structure for the green nozzle 2 of the current invention is installed on the opening of the container containing the lotion or perfume, comprising of: A pressing body 21 is installed horizontally on one side of it with nozzle 211 and at one side of nozzle 211 is installed down vertically with output tube 212 to be enclosed by a spring body 22; a fixing cover 23, is installed at the opening of the container, its upper part is installed with a round and dented surface 231, and its lower part is installed with a round rod 232, the round dented surface 231 is for the installation of the spring body 22, in addition, holes 233 are installed at the appropriate center of the round dented surface 231, and below the holes 233 a round rod 234 is installed vertically to be penetrated and inserted by the above-mentioned output tube 212; a piston 24 having piston hole 241 installed at the appropriate center of it, meanwhile, upper and lower dented edges(242, 243) are installed vertically at the edge of the piston hole 241, the upper dented edge 242 is to be touched by the bottom edge of the above output tube 212; a connecting rod 25 penetrating and inserting from the bottom to the top into the above piston hole 241 and is connected to the output tube 212 of the pressing body 21, its bottom is installed with protruding edge 251 touching the lower dented edge 243 of the above-mentioned piston 24; a switch valve 26 having a valve rod 261 installed on its upper part, inserting into the above-mentioned connecting rod 25 from the bottom, at the lower part of the switch valve 26 is installed with a valve body 262, the appropriate location of the valve body 262 is installed with some locking pieces 263; a cylinder 27 connected to a straw 28 and installed inside the container, its inside is installed with upper and lower locking pieces (271, 272) to form upper and lower cylinder room(273, 274), the upper cylinder room 273 provide a room for the installation and assembly of the above- mentioned output tube 212 of the pressing body 21, piston 24, connection rod 25, switch valve 26, and the lower cylinder room 274 is for the insertion of the valve body 262 of the switch valve 26 so that the valve body 262 can move up and down, the upper locking piece 271 will touch some locking pieces 263 of the valve body 262, and the lower locking piece 272 touches the bottom part 2621 of the valve body 262; Through the structure and assembly of the above-mentioned components, there will be no metallic material component of spring body 22 inside the cylinder27, therefore, liquids such as lotion or perfume inside the container will not get in contact with the spring body 22 of metallic material, chemical change thus will not happen and environmental issue can be ignored, in addition, a simplest assembly can be used to reach the function of ejection of the liquid.
From the above descriptions, the inner wall of the output tube 212 of the pressing body 21 are installed with some slot edges 213 for the liquid to flow into, and the switch valve 26 is a design to replace the
steel ball 17 in the prior art nozzle 1.
Please refer again to figure 4, before the usage of the current invention, the spring body 22 is installed inside the round dented surface 231 at the upper part of the fixing cover 23, and the output tube 212 of the pressing body 21 penetrates and inserts into the spring body 22, fixing cover 23, and piston 24, to be connected to the connecting rod 25, the switch valve 26 penetrates into the connecting rod 25 and together are installed inside the cylinder 27, the cylinder 27 is at the inner and lower part of the fixing cover 23 and connected to a straw 28 and installed further inside the container, moreover, the fixing cover 23 is installed at the opening of the container, at this moment, the lower dented edge 243 of the piston 24 is locked tight to the protruding edge 251 of the connecting rod 25, and the connecting rod 25 and switch valve 26 forms a gap at the upper cylinder room 273 of the cylinder 27, in the mean time, the valve body 262 of the switch valve 26 is located at the lower cylinder room 274 of the cylinder 27, the locking piece 263 of the valve body 262 touches the upper locking piece 271, and the liquid such as the lotion or perfume are located inside the container and the straw 28.
From the above descriptions, during the usage of the current invention, as shown in figure 5, first, press the pressing body 21 for the first time so that the connecting rod 25 connected to the output tube 212 of the pressing body 21 will move downwards, which in turn moves the switch valve 26, and make the bottom part of the valve body 262 of the switch valve 26 move downwards and touch the lower locking piece 272 of the cylinder 27, moreover, the bottom part of the connecting rod 25 closes and touches the upper locking piece 271 of the cylinder 27, when the pressing body 21 is released, as shown in figure 6, the spring body 22 will then bounce the pressing body 21 up, which in turn move the connecting rod 25 and the valve body 262 of the switch valve 26 up, at this moment, since the air in the container moves upward instantly due to the pressure encountered, the siphon effect generated will produce suction force to the piston 24, the piston then sucks the liquids such as lotion or perfume inside the container and straw 28 into the upper and lower cylinder room(273, 274).
Continued from the above descriptions, after repeated pressing and when the liquids such as lotion or perfume inside the container or straw 28 fill up completely the inside of upper and lower cylinder rooms (273, 274), more pressing on the pressing body 21 will generate compressive force, the compressing force will open the originally closed lower dented edge 243 of the piston 24 and the protruding edge 251 of the connecting rod 25 so that a gap is generated, as shown in figure 7, liquids such as lotion or perfume will then flow into, then flow through the gap 2411 of the piston 241 into the output tube 212 of the pressing body 21, then it flows through some slot edges 213 installed at the inner walls of the output tube 212 and into the nozzle 211, and finally get ejected, moreover, when the pressing body 21 is released, the lower dented edge 243 of the piston 24 and the protruding edge 251 of the connecting rod 25 bounces up and closes naturally again, and the liquids such as lotion or perfume inside the container or straw 28 are then sucked into the upper and lower cylinder room (273, 274) again, when it is going to be used again, the above steps can be repeated.
Summarize the above descriptions, the structure for green nozzle used in the current invention is installed at the outside of the container through the spring body, it is a design without steel balls, therefore, the liquids such as lotion or perfume inside the container will not get in contact with the metallic component, therefore, no chemical change will happen, the expected purpose and function can thus be achieved, it is more environmental friendly, practical and economical than the nozzle of the prior art, I addition, it is not seen in the public journal before, it is not used publicly, therefore, it can meets the inventive and progressive requirements of an invention, we thus file the application of this patent.

    cLAIMS 1. A structure for green nozzle, installed at the container opening containing liquids such as lotion or perfume, comprising of: a pressing body, one end of it is installed with nozzle, one end of the nozzle is installed vertically with output tube to be enclosed by a spring body; a fixing cover installed at the opening of the container, it is designed to be round dented surface at its upper part and round rod at its lower part, the round dented surface is to be installed with the above- mentioned spring body, in addition, holes are installed at the appropriate center of the round dented surface, and small round rod is installed vertically at the lower part of the hole to be inserted by the output tube; a piston, installed with piston hole at its appropriate center, upper and lower dented edge are installed at the edge of the piston hole, the upper dented edge is touched by the bottom edge of the output tube; a connecting rod, penetrates and inserts into the above- mentioned piston hole and connected to the output tube of the pressing body, protruding edge is installed at its bottom part so that the dented edge - 13 - of the piston is touched; a switch valve having a valve rod installed at its upper part, the valve rod penetrates into the connecting rod from the bottom, valve body is installed underneath it, some locking pieces are installed at the appropriate location of the edge of the valve; a cylinder connected to a straw and installed inside the container, its inside is installed with two upper and lower locking pieces to form upper and lower cylinder room, the cylinder room provide a space for the assembly and installation of the output tube, piston, connecting rod and switch valve of the above-mentioned pressing body. And the lower cylinder room is for the installation of the valve body of the switch body, therefore, when the valve body moves up and down, the upper locking piece will touch some cloking pieces of the valve body, and the lower locking piece touches the bottom part of the valve body; Through the structure and assembly of the above-mentioned components, there will be no metallic material component of spring body inside the cylinder, therefore, liquids such as lotion or perfume inside the container will not get in contact with the spring body of metallic material, chemical change thus will not happen and environmental issue can be ignored, in addition, a simplest assembly can be used to reach the function of ejection of the liquid.
  2. 2. The structure for green nozzle of claim 1 wherein some slot edges are installed at the inner wall of the output tube of the pressing body, liquid can thus flow into it.
