Abstract

The invention relates to a telescopic conveyor device (1) comprising a driving head (12) on its front end that is equipped with its own drive device (15). Said driving head retracts and extends the telescopic mechanism and in addition displaces optional connected auxiliary equipment such as handling robots, unloading belts or similar. A working platform (22) can be provided on the driving head (12) in order to accommodate equipment of this type and additional equipment can be located on said platform. The additional equipment creates an extra load on the driving wheel of the driving head (12) in such a way that even heavy equipment can be loaded and unloaded safely by the telescopic conveyor device into and from the cargo compartment of a vehicle.
