Abstract

The invention comprises a windscreen wiper that moves linearly across the windscreen, ths cleaning its whole surface area.. A motor 5 drives cables 2 which are housed within the covers at the edges of the windscreen. The cables carry a wiper blade 1 that stretches across the whole width of the screen, which thus travels up and down the screen, cleaning its whole width and depth.

Description

SUPA WIPERS
This invention is directed to a device to be used on the windscreens of motor vehicles.
Since motor vehicles where first invented by man a lot of things have been changed, modernized and updated. The one part of a motor vehicle that has remained more or less the same is the windscreen wiper. The motor vehicle itself has come along way, the shape, design, the engine changes, the way it drives but the wipers just don't match up with the modern up to date car. The conventional wiper used can be seen to only clean around 75% of the windscreen, leaving all corners dirty, this in turn gives poor visibility.
But with the said invention the screen will be cleaned to give good visibility.
The invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIGl)RE 1- shows the wiper blade FIGURE 2- illustrates the cables running along the sides of the windscreen FIGURE 3- shows the actual motor used FIGURE 4- shows the windscreen with the updated modern windscreen wiper device - )

Claims (4)

1. One single bladed wiper which will run the length of the windscreen.
2. Two lengths of cable that will run along the sides of the windscreen.
The cables will be concealed within the covers that normally hide the edges of the windscreen.
3. A motor connected to cables which are in turn connected to the wiper.
Once motor is switched on, this will enable the wiper to move up and down on the cables.
4. The wiper itself will clean all off the windscreen ensuring good visibility.
