Abstract

A hanging wall plate safety support bracket comprises a hooked portion 3 which engages with the top of a wall and/or a wall plate, a hanging portion 4 to which is attached a support bracket 2. The support bracket may be fixed to the hanging portion with a weld. The design of the device allows it to be suspended in any position along a wall or wall plate. The device may be made of metal or plastic materials which can withstand the necessary load bearing. The bracket may be used to support a safety deck or scaffold to allow access for the construction of a truss roof, for example.

Hanging wallplate safety support bracket The invention relates to a
hanging wall plate bracket which has a support bracket attatched to by a weld or similar Such a bracket enables a safety system to be fixed below a ceiling Joist level i.e. truss roofs or traditional roofs It loadbears the weight of the deck downwards using the wall plate and brickwork as a support. (Any size of wallplate or wall) The support to the top of the hanging bracket No 3 enables the bracket to be located in any possition on top of the walls or wall plates of any size The support bracket No 2 for the safety deck can be manufactured to any height on the hanging bracket No 4 The hanging bracket can be manufactured to any length to suit the safety decks The hanging bracket can be made of metal or any other material capable of withstanding the load bearing which it required

Claims (1)

  1. Claims The hanging bracket comprises of support to top of bracket & having
    a support bracket fixed to front of hanging bracket at the required height.
    Support No 3 to hanging bracket enables bracket to be fixed in any position along wallplates or walls Hanging bracket No 4 can be of any length.
    Support bracket No 2 can be manufactured at any height that suits any particular safety deck.
    The hanging bracket can be made of metal or plastic materials that can withstand the load bearing Amendments to the claims have been filed as follows 1 The hangng wallplate safety support bracket comprises of a support to the top of any length of bracket allowing the bracket to hang from any size of wallplate or wall and allowing it to be moved to any position required It also has a support bracket fixed to the front of the hanging bracket by a weld or similiar at any required height 2 The support bracket to the front of the hanging bracket enables the safety deck to be suspended without fixings at the required height 3 The hanging wallplate safety support bracket can be made of metal or plastic materials that can withstand the loadbearing 4 A hanging wallplate safety support bracket substantially as herein described and illustrated in accompanying drawings
