Abstract

A vocal eliminator comprising a case to house a circuit board, the case having four audio sockets and an on/off switch, the operation of which eliminates the vocals from a stereo recording. The eliminator may be connected to a CD player, and may operate, at the touch of a switch without any ac or battery assistance.

Description

Vocal X Eliminator Vocal eliminators are a well known device in which the

main vocal of a song is eliminated leaving only the music, this method well known in music Hi Fl systems as a Karaoke function, and is also used in studio systems that house many functions in addition to elimination.

However these are relatively expensive methods, moreover when elimination is all that is required, the other functions are left idle.

According to the present invention there is provided a portable one function Vocal eliminator comprising a small light molded embodiment.

The specific embodiment of this invention and the relevant parts will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 Shows a front view from one side of the whole eliminator.

Figure 2 Shows a rear view from one side plus the four audio input socket holes of the eliminator.

Figure 3 Shows the eliminator embodiment individual parts.

Figure 4 Shows the eliminators side panel with measurements to achieve the designed shape.

Referring to the drawing the vocal x eliminator comprises a hard plastic unit as in Fig 1 a front on/off switch operates the elimination process of elimination.

There are four input / output holes at the rear of the eliminator as Fig 2 illustrates supported by front and rear embodied triangular legs.

The drawing in Fig 3 separates the deferent components and gives a detailed view of all external parts, a top cover 1 with a rectangular hole 2 to house the On/off switch 3 the base 7 with four securing holes 5 on the four corners, a fixed leg assembly to the base 6.

To reach the designed shape of the present invention, Fig 4 describes the true measurements the side panels 4 must be.

In Fig 5 an internal view of the top case 1 reveals the necessary mounting supports for the on/off switch 13 the bottom base is secured by four screws attached to 12 the circuit board rests and is secured by two screws to 8 four audio socket holes pare situated on the support bar 11 the rear of the case 1 has four holes 10 for the audio cables to pass through and connect to the audio sockets Fig 7 (1 2 3 4).

The base of the eliminator 7 has four holes 5 that secures to the main housing, the legs 6 are triangular in shape and are molded to the base.

The diagram of the circuit board Fig 7 illustrates how elimination is achieved.

CLAIMS /

1 A vocal X eliminator comprising of a case which houses a circuit board and four audio sockets plus a simple on/off switch eliminates vocals from any stereo recording

2 A vocal X eliminator as claimed in claim 1 connected to any CD player eliminates from stereo recordings the lead vocals leaving only the music.

3 A vocal X eliminator as claimed in claim 1 and 2 eliminates vocals with a touch of a sliding on/off switch.

4 A vocal X eliminator as claimed in claim 1 2 and 3 eliminates from stereo recordings with no A/C or battery assistance.

A vocal X eliminator is portable and can be connected to any audio system simply and effectively.
