Abstract

A hand grip attachment for a bottle or like necked container, comprises a collar 2, 4 for location around the neck of such a container, a strap 8 for location around the body of the container and a portion 1 extending from the collar to the strap so that in use a space for fingers to pass through is formed between the container and that portion. The collar is formed by a curved gripping surface of a first component 2 and a gripping part of a second component 4 having the shape of an incomplete ring. The first component 2 is hinged to a latching member 5 about a first pivotal axis 11 and the second component 4 is hinged to the latching member about a second pivotal axis 12 parallel to the first. The latching member and second component can be manipulated to cause the second component to be pivoted downwardly over the top of the container so that the gripping part is opposite to the gripping surface.

HOLD GRIP ATTACHMENT FOR BOlTLE OR CONTAINER This invention relates to

hold grip attachment for any drink, liquid bottle or container the device of this kind which locate drink bottle or container, easy to hold, lift, carry and pour into a beaker such as strap fastening on body of bottle or container, the device of this kind can be attached into different kind of bottle or container and can be put anywhere convenient.

We found bottle or container used commonly for any drink or liquid, but suffer from the disadvantage to hold, lid, carry and pour by hand into a beaker, once the bottle or container cap is opened the pressure or air is released out, the bottle or container becomes soft, due to fairly thin of wall thickness and it can be heavy, it becomes difficult to hold, lift, carry the bottle or container by hand to pour the drink or liquid into a beaker, sometimes the bottle or container might slip out from hand, fall on the floor or table spilling the liquid or drink, this device help prevent this disadvantage.

An objective of this invention is to provide hold grip attachment for any drink bottle or container which allows easy access hand hold any drink bottle or container to hold, carry, lift and pour into a beaker without spilling, the device of this kind can be used for variety of soft drink, tizzy drink, mineral water, still water, juice, beer, domestic and commercial, also can be helpful for disables people.

Accordingly, this invention provides hold grip attachment for any drink bottle or container including U type collar clip locate to neck of bottle or container, hinge point comprise with latch hinge, thereby embrace to collar ring is to function, turn over cap and lip to neck until rotate latch hinge force down to lock, handle allows sufficient space for fingers to pass through between handle and body of bottle or container, thereof handle height allows any kind of suitable bottle or container and such as fastening strap clasp on body of bottle or container, all features of the device allows any kind of creative moulds for attached bottle or container.

Preferably the device can be made from a variety of materials which allows rigidity or flexibility as necessary, all the handle and fixing parts can be mould or made from plastic or from variety of materials and combination materials.

l CLAIMS

1. A hold grip attachment for bottle or container including U type collar clip, comprising latch hinge, thereof which collar ring comprised to latch hinge for clamp bottle neck, between handle to body of bottle or container having sufficient space for fingers to pass through, thereof to grip handle and handle includes or having fastener engaged flexible fastener strap clasp on body of bottle or container.

2. A hold grip attachment as clanned in claim 1 wherein guide means are provided on U type collar clip cooperate with latch hinge and apply down force provided collar ring to control seize bottle or container neck.

3. A hold grip attachment as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, has only suitable type of handle and attaching flexible fastener strap.

4. A hold grip attachment as claimed in claim 3 wherein flexible fastener strap clasp on body of bottle or container which is control to lift, weight of drink, support for pouring drink into a beaker.

5. A hold grip attachment as claimed in any preceding claim which having handgrip to hold, lift, easy cany, and pour drink into a beaker for any bottle or container to preventing, falling, dropping and spilling, to maintain stability of bottle or container.

6. A hold grip attachment in any proceeding claim which is made from a variety of materials which allow rigidity or flexibility as necessary.

7. A hold grip attachment for any drink bottle or container substantially as herein described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
