Abstract
237,346. Parker, H. F. April 24, 1924. Drying air and gases.-Gases are first cooled to remove most of their water and then cleaned by passing over a series of baffles 15, Fig. 3, to collect condensed moisture, and through a series of screens 16 of muslin for removing soot &c. In a modification the cooled and saturated gases after passing a series of baffles 37, Fig. 5, and soot removing screens 38 are led over drying trays 39 containing calcium chloride, silica gel &c. Specification 205,191, [Class 32, Distilling &c.], is referred to.
