Abstract

The panel comprises a transparent flexible PVC sheet B1 having heat welded thereto transparent PVC sheets 1 to form bags which are injected with liquid via openings 12 and then scaled by heating. The panels may be used as a bath screen, rain screen or circular swimming tube. The liquid may have a fluorescent effect.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1) FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention of three-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure is mainly to provide a three-dimensional decoration panel structure, which can be directly melted to connect PVC material. The majority of a decoration panel is the bag structure made of PVC material. It is filled with liquid to expand the whole bag in three-dimensional shape. When it is connected to the decoration majority, the injection opening of a bag is melted. In the mean time, melt decoration majority and decoration panels. Because a decoration panel is in three-dimensional shape and is soft in touching, it can be widely applied for the decoration of PVC based majority such as rain screen, bath screen, and swimming circular tube to enhance the whole appearance quality of decoration majority.
2) DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
For current decoration panels, common structure fon-nation is to fill stuffing such as sponge into the bag structure for a decoration panel. Through the use of soft stuffing, the whole decoration panel is expanded in three-dimensional outline. Figures and words can be drawn in plane to illustrate the appearance for a decoration panel. The integral structure for a decoration panel is relatively joined with the majority of additional decoration panels on the basis of practical needs. However, the three-dimensional decoration panel of prior art is filled with interior soft stuffing such as sponge to form three-dimensional figures. Because the soft stuffing itself is in the
I state of a solid object, the bag structure for the majority of a decoration panel can not be made as transparent material. Thus, when it is combined with additional transparent material, the integral effect of light transmission is not achieved and the function of the whole decoration panel is limited in presenting three-dimensional 5 outline. It is not able to suit the market needs and decreases production competition.
Due to the above fact, the inventor conducts constant research and study Finally, the invention is successful after a series of tests and improvement.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The invention of thi-ee-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure is first to divide two relatively matching slices on the basis of structural drawings by using transparent material i.e. PVC. Then, join the slices to form a bag structure. An injection opening is reserved on the bag structure and is connected with the interior of the bag structure. Liquid can be filled into the interior of a bag structure through the opening to expand the structure. Seal the opening after the completion of liquid injection or during melting joint of decoration panels and decoration majority. It can not only strengthen threedimensional effect for decoration figures, but also make a decoration panel soft in touching through the fluid properties of liquid filled. Especially, when it is applied in transparent rain screen and bath screen, light transmission on the screen and decoration panel itself screen is further sparking and bright through the embellishment of water drop. The supplementary value and appearance quality of decoration majority are enhanced, also the product competition is raised to achieve the primary object of the invention.
Another objective of invention, three-dimensional bubble decoration 2 panel structure is to fill colorful liquid or other kind of liquid with fluorescence effect at the interior of transparent bag structure for a decoration panel to enhance the sense of appearance beauty for the integral decoration panel.
The followings are brief description for optimal embodiments of the invention for committee's better understanding in the structural assembly and operations of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED
EMBODIMENT As shown in Fig I., the invention of three-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure is to fill colorful liquid into the interior of a transparent bag structure and to apply in decoration bath screen B with identical transparent material. Decoration panel I and 3 in the above figure can be directly melted with the decoration majority for decoration bath screen B in the production process. Also, please refer to Fig. 2A, the majority of decoration panel 1 i.e. PVC transparent material is tailed according to the outline shown in design drawings as two matching panels 111. Panels 111 are then joined to form bag structure I I in a close state for the outline. As shown in Fig. 2B, injection opening 12 and the interior of bag structure 11 are internally connected. After molding, bag structure 11 can be melted with decoration 3 majority B I at certain location to firmly fix bag structure I I on the surface of decoration B 1. Then, as shown in Fig. 2C, liquid 2 can be filled into the interior of bag structure 11 through injection opening 12. After the completion of liquid 2 injection, as shown in Fig. 21), injection opening 12 is sealed after decoration panel 1 and the decoration majority B I are melted. In the mean time, make decoration panel I and decoration majority BI fully contact or directly seal injection opening 12 on bag structure 11 through melting. As shown in Fig. 1, the joint of decoration panel I and 3 and transparent majority of bath screen B in the invention can be directly integrated with transparent majority of bath screen B during production process for bath screen B. It is not only a favorable joint structure, but also presents three-dimensional figures on bath screen B. Due to the fluid property of filled liquid for the bag structure on a decoration panel, the panel is soft in touching. Also, with the additive color and light transmission of interior liquid, a transparent bath screen is more visually beautiful.
Also, for the common products, as mentioned above, bath screen, rain screen, swimming circular tube, etc. are made of PVC material on the basis of functional needs and application conditions. To enhance the transparency property of similar material, the material itself is very frequently made of PVC.
Thus, the decoration panel in the invention can be widely utilized for the decoration application of bath screen and rain screen, swimming circular tube, etc. Especially, when it is applied for transparent rain screen or bath screen, light transmission on the screen and decoration panel themselves is further 4 sparking and bright through the embellishment of water drop. The supplementary value and appearance quality of decoration majority are enhanced, also the product competition is raised to achieve the primary object of the invention.
The invention of three-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure strengthen three-dimensional effect for bag structure through liquid injection in the internal transparent bag structure. Also, with the fluid property liquid filled, a decoration panel is very soft in touching and supplementary value together with appearance quality are enhanced. Especially, during the production process, the decoration majority can be directly melted to strengthen connection adhesion strength with enhanced reliability and to provide an optimal and feasible method for three-dimensional decoration panels.
The above explanation is a substantial embodiment of the invention, which provides greater practical performance than products of prior art.

Claims (5)

1. A three-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure, comprising a sheet and a plurality of flexible panels fixed to, and spaced apart on, the sheet wherein the panels are adapted to contain a liquid, such that liquid at least 5 partially filling the panels forms three-dimensional flexible panels on the sheet.
2. A three-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure, of which the integrated structure for a decoration panel to fill the interior of a bag structure is characterized that the majority of the panel base on transparent material is tailed as two matching panels and the panels are joined to form a bag structure with closing outlook with an injection opening connecting the interior of the bag structure; furthermore, fill liquid from an injection opening into the interior of a bag structure to expand the bag structure and seal the opening after the completion of liquid or during melting a decoration panel and the decoration majority; thus, it can not only present three-dimensional effect for decoration figures, but also, make decoration panels soft in touching through filling liquid with fluid property.
3. A three-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bag structure is made of transparent PVC material.
4. A three-dimensional bubble decoration panel structure as claimed in claim 20 2 or 3, wherein the bag structure is transparent and filled with colorful liquid or other kind of liquid with fluorescence effect.
5. A three-dimensional bubble decoration substantially as hereinbefore described with reference to, and as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
