Ornamenting.-A device for personal wear as a pendant or ornament upon a brooch or signet ring comprises a substructure of glass or like composition having moulded in one face a groove or recessed portion, for example, in the form of an initial. A correspondingly shaped transparent piece of glass but with its rear face corrugated and silvered is cemented in the groove. The substructure may be coloured to imitate an emerald, sapphire, or like jewel, and the initial &c., may be coloured to imitate any desired gem.
