Description

TWIN GRIP TRAINER SOLES Trainer shoes are a well-known type of footwear, comprising of the upper part and the sole. The soles have been constructed with several types of grips to function on different services. They are made to enhance the activities of the user.
According to the present invention there is provided a twin grip to the soles of the trainer, the first grip being longer and set at an angle. This angled grip, when weight is applied, will take the sole forward onto the conventional grip. A space is provided for the first grip to collapse completely allowing the conventional grip to function.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by the example of the drawings.
Figure 1 shows the first grip, no. 4, with no weight applied; Figure 2 shows that when weight is applied the first grip, no. 4, completely compresses into the space provided, which exposes the conventional grip.
Referring to the drawings, the sole comprises of two grips, identified as nos. 4 and 5. In order for grip no. 4 to compress and assist the sole to move forward onto grip no. 5, weight needs to be applied.
Space provided between the grips allow grip no. 4 to completely compress. On the release of the weight, grip no. 4 will assist with lift.
The materials from which the soles are made must have a degree of strength and/or flexibility and/or durability and the like.
